Claims (8)
- ワーク品の抵抗溶接の際に、電極を保護するための装置であって、
電極(4)の上方に、電極(4)に対して相対的に変位可能な方法で配置された保護ストリップ(1)を含み、
保護ストリップ(1)は、異なる材料からなる少なくとも2つの重なり合った金属ストリップ(2,3)で構成され、該金属ストリップ(2,3)は専ら係合によって連結されていることを特徴とする保護装置。 - 電極(4)に面する金属ストリップ(2)の材料は、電極(4)の材料に対して非接着性であり、ワーク品に面する金属ストリップ(3)の材料は、ワーク品の材料に対して非接着性であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の保護装置。
- 電極(4)に面する金属ストリップ(2)の材料は、鉄類族または、鉄類族から選択された主要成分を有する鉄合金から選択され、溶接されるワーク品に面する金属ストリップ(3)の材料は、銅または銅合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の保護装置。
- 電極(4)に面する金属ストリップ(2)の材料は、1000℃を越える融点、及び/又は1m/(Ω・mm2)を越える導電性を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の保護装置。
- 金属ストリップ(2,3)は、さねはぎ継ぎで連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の保護装置。
- 金属ストリップ(2,3)は、合同の形態で重なり合っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の保護装置。
- 金属ストリップ(2,3)は、互いに相対変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の保護装置。
- 金属ストリップ(2,3)は、異なる速度で変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の保護装置。
