Claims (2)
- 熱間圧延された鋼板を一方向に搬送しながら冷却装置内の上下に配置したノズルから前記鋼板に冷却水を供給して冷却する鋼板の冷却方法において、
前記鋼板を前記鋼板の搬送方向に対して先頭側から先端領域と、先部領域と、中央部領域とに区分すると共に、前記冷却装置を前記鋼板の搬送方向に対して前段部と、後段部とに区分し、
前記冷却装置の前記前段部において、前記鋼板の前記先端領域が通過中は、前記冷却水の冷却水量を無注水とし、前記先部領域が通過するときは、前記冷却水量を基準水量密度の80〜95体積%から順次増加させて、前記先部領域と前記中央部領域との境界部が到達したとき前記冷却水量が前記基準水量密度となる様に注水し、該中央部領域が通過中は、前記基準水量密度で注水を継続し、かつ、前記冷却装置の前記後段部において、前記鋼板の前記先端領域が通過中は、前記冷却水量を前記基準水量密度の80〜95体積%とし、前記先部領域が通過するときは、前記冷却水量を前記基準水量密度の80〜95質量%から順次増加させて、前記先部領域と前記中央部領域との境界部が到達したとき前記冷却水量が前記基準水量密度となる様に注水し、該中央部領域が通過中は、前記基準水量密度で注水を継続することを特徴とする、鋼板の冷却方法。 - 前記鋼板の前記中央部領域より尾端側を前記鋼板の搬送方向に対して後部領域と、後端領域とに区分し、前記冷却装置の前記前段部及び前記後段部において、前記鋼板の前記中央部領域が通過し終えて前記後部領域が通過中は、前記冷却水量を前記基準水量密度から順次減少させて、前記後部領域と前記後端領域との境界部が到達したとき前記冷却水量が前記基準水量密度の80〜95体積%となる様に注水し、前記後端領域が通過中は、前記基準水量密度の80〜95体積%で注水することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の鋼板の冷却方法。
