Description

【0001】
【0008】
<構成1>
【0009】
<構成2>
【0010】
<構成3>
【0011】
<構成4>

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dust cover for a sliding bearing that prevents foreign matters such as dust from adhering to a sliding plate of a sliding bearing used in a building, a detached house, a bridge, and other members using a sliding structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The sliding bearing includes a sliding material made of a low friction material such as a tetrafluoroethylene resin and a sliding plate made of a polished stainless steel plate, and is installed between a structure such as a building and the foundation.
The sliding material is disposed on the lower surface of the structure, and the sliding plate is disposed on the foundation side. In the event of an earthquake, the structure slides on the sliding plate via a sliding material, thereby consuming horizontal energy from the earthquake and protecting the structure from earthquake forces.
Note that, in the sliding bearing, in particular, a structure in which a single rubber or a laminate of a steel plate and rubber is added to the sliding material side is called an elastic sliding bearing.
[0003]
The performance of the sliding bearing is expressed by the coefficient of friction of the sliding surface during sliding. This coefficient of friction is easily affected by the state of the contact surface between the sliding material and the sliding plate. In order to maintain the designed coefficient of friction, it is necessary to maintain a smooth sliding surface. If foreign matter is caught between the sliding material and the sliding plate during sliding, the sliding surface may be damaged.
Therefore, a dust-proof cover is always put on the sliding plate so that dust and foreign matter do not adhere to the sliding surface of the sliding plate facing upward.
Conventionally, as this type of dust-proof cover, for example, a rectangular body as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-236942, a rigid body that is difficult to deform as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-306617 A skirt-like structure is known.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional techniques as described above have the following problems to be solved.
That is, since a product made of a rectangular box is strong but heavy, it takes time to attach and detach the sliding support body in the cover, which is performed regularly or irregularly. If the cover weight is large, the contact surface with the sliding plate may be damaged. Therefore, the device which floats from a sliding surface was required.
[0005]
Also, in the case of a rigid body that is difficult to deform and configured in a skirt shape, if there is a projection such as a bolt for attaching a sliding plate on the sliding surface of the cover, the movement may be restricted or damaged.
The slip plate mounting bolt is a bolt 26 that connects the base plate 25 and the slip plate 13 shown in FIG. 4. When the slip plate 13 is replaced for some reason in the future, the bolt 26 should be removed and replaced. become.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. In normal use, the present invention not only prevents intrusion of foreign substances such as dust, but also can be easily detached when inspecting a sliding bearing. An object of the present invention is to provide a dustproof cover for a sliding bearing that can smoothly respond and restore as the sliding bearing moves.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
[0008]
<Configuration 1>

A dustproof cover for a sliding bearing, characterized in that it is provided with a tightening part that is detachably locked.
[0009]
<Configuration 2>
The dust cover for sliding support according to Configuration 1, wherein the sheet is formed of a flame retardant polyester film having an oxygen index of 24 or more.
[0010]
<Configuration 3>
The dustproof cover for sliding supports according to Configuration 1 or 2, wherein the sheet is made of a flexible rubber or plastic film having a thickness of 0.10 to 1.0 mm. Dustproof cover.
[0011]
<Configuration 4>
The dust cover for sliding support according to any one of configurations 1 to 3, wherein the tightening portion is made of a material different from that of the sheet, and is formed in a band shape having an L-shaped cross section having screw mounting holes at both ends. A dustproof cover for a sliding bearing, wherein the dustproof cover is mounted along the periphery of each half-shaped opening.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the dust cover for sliding support according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. The dust-proof cover 10 of the present invention is used for, for example, a sliding bearing 11 shown in FIG. That is, the sliding support 11 is fixed to the sliding plate 13 installed on the foundation 12, the sliding support main body 14 fixed to a structure such as a building (not shown), and the bottom of the sliding support main body. The sliding member 15 slides on the plate 13.
[0013]
The dust cover 10 is a combination of two rubber or plastic sheets 16a and 16b having a thickness of 0.10 to 1.0 mm .
The sheets 16a and 16b are desirably made of a thin, lightweight material having flexibility.
The details of the dust cover 10 are shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, sheets 16 a and 16 b are made of a polyester film having a wall thickness of 0.2 mm, and have flame resistance with an oxygen index of 24.
[0014]
These two sheets 16a and 16b are joined so as to be separable in a state in which the respective end edges 17a and 17b facing each other are simply overlapped with each other. Also, semi-circular openings 18a and 18b, which are sized to fit into the cylindrical slide support body 14 and form one circular opening at the center of each joined one end edge 17a and 17b, are formed. Each is provided.
In addition, when the sliding support is a quadrangular prism, the openings of the sheets 16a and 16b are also squares corresponding thereto.
[0015]
Fastening portions 20a and 20b wound around the outer periphery of the sliding support body 14 are provided along the peripheral edges of the semicircular openings 18a and 18b. These tightening portions 20a and 20b are formed in a band shape having an L-shaped cross section with resin or metal, and screw mounting holes 21 are provided at both ends.
Further, the tightening portions 20a and 20b are attached to the lower surfaces of the sheets 16a and 16b with a plurality of screws 23 through the contact plate 22 as shown in FIG. The contact plate 22 also has a role of preventing the screw tip from protruding and coming into contact with the slide plate 13 below.
[0016]
The dustproof cover 10 configured as described above is joined in such a state that the one end edges 17a and 17b facing each other of the two sheets 16a and 16b are overlapped with each other, and the two tightening portions 20a and 20b, 20b is wound around the outer periphery of the sliding support main body 14, both ends thereof are brought into contact with each other, and a screw (not shown) is attached to the screw attachment hole 21 for easy installation.
[0017]
The installed dust-proof cover 10 extends horizontally around the sliding support body 14 to cover the entire surface of the sliding plate 13, but is thin and light, and moves integrally with the sliding support body 14 to smoothly slide on the sliding plate 13. It moves and does not damage the sliding plate 13. By the way, the sliding plate 13 is installed through a base plate 25 embedded and fixed to the foundation 12 as shown in FIG. 4, but is detachably attached to the base plate 25 by bolts 26 so as to be replaceable.
[0018]
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the end portion of the dust-proof cover 10 is hooked on such a bolt 26. However, since the sheet 16a has flexibility, the sheet 16a is freely bent even if the end portion is hooked. The shock is alleviated by damage and is restored as soon as the hooked state of the end is released.
[0019]
FIG. 5 shows hysteresis curves of loads and displacements applied to the sliding bearing with the dustproof cover 10 of this embodiment and the sliding bearing without the cover. In the figure, thin lines indicate the results with the dustproof cover of the present example, and thick lines indicate the results without the cover.
[0020]
Here, the outer diameter of the rubber part of the elastic sliding bearing according to the present embodiment is 500 mm, and the outer diameter of the sliding material is 250 mm. This sliding bearing is placed on a 1600 mm square stainless steel sliding plate, and the horizontal deformation speed is 5 mm. With a vertical load of 686 kN / sec, deformation of ± 20 cm was applied.
As shown in the figure, it is clear that the dustproof cover of the present invention is almost the same as the case without the cover, i.e., does not affect the characteristics of the elastic sliding bearing, and can perform the dustproof action without being damaged even during an earthquake. .
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
According to the dustproof cover for a sliding support of the present invention, the one end edges of the sheet are detachably joined to each other in a superposed state, and are removably engaged with the outer periphery of the sliding support body at the central portion of each end edge. Since the tightening part to be stopped is provided, it can be easily detached when inspecting the sliding bearing.
Further, since the seat is light and flexible, it can exhibit an effect of smoothly responding and restoring with the movement of the sliding bearing without impairing the seismic isolation characteristics of the sliding bearing.
