Abstract
Description
(a)上面、下面及び側部を有する多孔性断熱コアと、
(b)断熱コアを被包し、印加された真空を内部に維持するように、断熱コアの周りに配置されたエンベロープと、
(c)エンベロープに被着された非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層とからなり、
非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層が、エンベロープの表面域全体に亘って形成されている真空断熱パネルが提供される。
(i)上面、下面及び側部を有する多孔性断熱コアを準備する過程と、
(ii)前記断熱コアの上面又は下面の実質的に全体に亘って延在する、少なくとも4μmの厚さを有する少なくとも1つの金属箔を、該金属箔が断熱コアの上面と下面との間に熱橋を形成しないように準備する過程と、
(iii)内面及び外面を有するエンベロープを準備し、該エンベロープが、(i)断熱コアと金属箔とを、前記金属箔をエンベロープと断熱コアとの間にして被包し、(ii)印加される真空を前記エンベロープ内に維持するように、配置される過程と、
(iv)前記エンベロープに真空を印加する過程と、
(v)真空が印加された後の前記エンベロープの内面に前記金属箔をくっつける過程と、
(vi)前記真空断熱パネルの外面全面を非発泡ポリウレタン層で被覆する過程とからなる方法が提供される。

(c)4μmから50μmの厚さを有し、前記エンベロープと断熱コアとの間に設けられて、前記断熱コアの上面又は下面に実質的に全面に亘って延在し、前記断熱コアの上面と下面との間に熱橋を形成しない少なくとも1つの金属箔であって、該金属箔にくっつけられた少なくとも1つの外層を有し、前記エンベロープ内層と前記金属箔の外層とが互いにくっつけられ、任意により互いに接着される金属箔と、
(d)前記エンベロープに被着され、前記エンベロープの全表面域に亘って形成された非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層とからなり、
3.0mW/(m・K)から4.0mW/(m・K)の熱伝導率を有する真空断熱パネルが提供される。

(b)前記断熱コアを被包し、印加された真空を内部に維持するように、前記断熱コアの周りに配置され、メタライズド・ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムから構成されたエンベロープであって、エンベロープ内層を備え、前記エンベロープ内層がポリエチレン、エチレンビニルアルコール、又はポリ塩化ビニリデンの1種から構成されるエンベロープと、
(c)4μmから50μmの厚さを有し、前記エンベロープと前記ハイブリッドコアとの間に設けられて、該ハイブリッドコアの上面又は下面に実質的に全面に亘って延在し、前記ハイブリッドコアの上面と下面との間に熱橋を形成しない少なくとも1つの金属箔であって、該金属箔にくっつけられた少なくとも1つの外層を有し、前記エンベロープ内層と前記金属箔の外層とが互いにくっつけられ、任意により互いに接着される金属箔と、
(d)前記エンベロープに被着され、前記エンベロープの全表面域に亘って形成された非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層とからなる真空断熱パネルであって、
前記断熱コアの真空断熱パネル内における密度が100kg/m3から150kg/m3であり、3.0mW/(m・K)から4.0mW/(m・K)の熱伝導率を有する真空断熱パネルが提供される。
Claims (22)
- (a)上面、下面及び側部を有する多孔性断熱コアと、
(b)前記断熱コアを被包し、印加された真空を内部に維持するように、前記断熱コアの周りに配置されたエンベロープと、
(c)前記エンベロープに被着された非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層とからなり、
前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層が、前記エンベロープの全表面域に亘って形成されている真空断熱パネル。 - 前記エンベロープがメタライズドフィルムからなる請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層の厚さが約5mm未満である請求項1又は2に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層の厚さが、約0.1mmから約1.5mmのように、約0.1mmから約3mmである請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層の蒸気抵抗率が5,000MN・s/gmから100,000MN・s/gmであり、好ましくは、前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層の蒸気抵抗率が7,000MN・s/gm以上である請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層が、第1のイソシアネート含有部と第2のポリオール含有部とからなるポリウレタン樹脂組成物から形成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記エンベロープと前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層が前記断熱コアの周りにバリア層を形成し、前記バリア層の水蒸気透過率が、規格ASTM F1249−90に従って測定したとき、約1.5×10−3g/m2.dayから約3.0×10−3g/m2.dayであり、好ましくは約2.5×10−3g/m2.day以下である請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記エンベロープと前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層が前記断熱コアの周りにバリア層を形成し、前記バリア層の酸素透過率が、規格ASTM D3985に従って測定したとき、約2x10−3cc/m2.dayから約5x10−3cc/m2.dayであり、好ましくは約4×10−3cc/m2.day以下である請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記エンベロープと前記非発泡ポリウレタンコーティング層が合体して前記断熱コアの周りにバリア層を形成し、前記バリア層の水蒸気透過率が約2.5×10−3g/m2.day以下であり、酸素透過率が約4×10−3cc/m2.day以下である請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記多孔性断熱コアは、フュームドシリカ及び/又は沈降シリカのようなシリカ、パーライト、珪藻土(dichotomous earth)、及びそれらの組合せから選択される粉状微孔質材料から構成される請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 3.0mW/(m・K)から4.5mW/(m・K)、例えば3.0mW/(m・K)から4.0mW/(m・K)の熱伝導率を有する請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記断熱コアの前記上面又は下面に配設されて該断熱コアを補強する少なくとも1つの補強部材を更に備え、前記補強部材は多孔質材料で形成され、かつ実質的に硬質であり、前記少なくとも1つの補強部材と前記断熱コアとは合体してハイブリッドコアを形成するが、前記少なくとも1つの補強部材は前記断熱コアを横断する熱橋を形成せず、前記エンベロープは、前記ハイブリッドコアを被包する請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。

- 少なくとも1つの補強部材が金属箔フェーサー(facer)からなり、前記金属箔フェーサーが、4μm〜50μmの厚さを有し、かつ前記補強部材の前記上面又は下面にその実質的に全面に亘って延在し、前記金属箔フェーサーが、前記補強部材の前記上面と下面との間に熱橋を形成しない請求項12又は13に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記断熱コアの前記真空断熱パネル内における密度が100kg/m3から160kg/m3、例えば110kg/m3から150kg/m3である請求項12乃至14のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強部材の密度が前記断熱コアの密度より低い請求項12乃至15のいずれかに記載の真空断熱パネル。
