Abstract
Description
25μm厚さで成型されたポリエチレンナフタレート(SKC、SKYNEX(登録商標)、NX10)の第1フィルム層の背面にラミネーティング機を使用してエポキシ系樹脂ホット−メルト接着剤を塗布して5μmの第1接着層を形成した。第1フィルム層の底面にラミネーティングを使用してアルミニウムホイールで構成される第1バリア層を15μmの厚さで積層し、20μm厚さの変形エポキシ系樹脂ホット−メルト接着剤を第1バリア層の底面に塗布した。
第1フィルム層と第1接着層との間に20μm厚さのガラス繊維をさらに積層したことを除いては、前述した実施形態1の手続を繰り返して断熱フィルムを製造した。
第1バリア層とホット−メルト層との間にエポキシ系樹脂ホット−メルト接着剤を塗布して15μmの第2接着層を形成し、100μm厚さで成型されたポリエチレンナフタレート(SKC、SKYNEX(登録商標)、NX10)の第2フィルム層をさらに形成したことを除いては、実施形態1の手続を繰り返して断熱フィルムを製造した。
第2フィルム層とホット−メルト層との間にエポキシ系樹脂ホット−メルト接着剤を塗布して15μmの第3接着層を形成し、30μmの厚さの第2バリア層をさらに積層したことを除いては、実施形態3の手続を繰り返して断熱フィルムを製造した。
前述した実施形態1から実施形態4において、各々製造した断熱フィルムを外皮材に使用し、芯材としてセラミックペーパー(ceramic paper)を使用して真空断熱材を製造した。芯材を270×270mmに切断し、断熱フィルムと芯材を成型枠に配置して真空成型機内にセッティングし、真空成型機の内部を10−4torrに調整した後、熱線温度及び加熱時間を異なるように調節して熱−融着成型を進行した。熱−融着成型が完了し、成型された真空断熱材を熟成した後、縁を切断した後、断熱フィルムと芯材とが接合したか否か、表面状態、及び厚さ変化を測定した。下記<表1>では真空断熱材に対する熱−融着温度、加熱時間を表示しており、下記<表2>では物性テスト結果を表示している。
Claims (8)
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、及びポリイミド(PI)で構成される群から選択される第1フィルム層、線形低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、無延伸ポリプロピレン(CPP)、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニールアセテート(EVA)、エポキシ樹脂、及びフェノール樹脂で構成される群から選択される第1接着層を通じて前記第1フィルム層の一面に積層される第1バリア層、及び前記第1バリア層の他面に積層され、線形低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、無延伸ポリプロピレン(CPP)、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニールアセテート(EVA)、エポキシ樹脂、及びフェノール樹脂で構成される群から選択されるホット−メルト層を含むことを特徴とする、断熱フィルム。
- 前記第1フィルム層と前記第1接着層との間にガラス繊維から選択される断熱コーティング層がさらに積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記第1バリア層と前記ホット−メルト層との間に、線形低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、無延伸ポリプロピレン(CPP)、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニールアセテート(EVA)、エポキシ樹脂、及びフェノール樹脂で構成される群から選択される第2接着層を通じてポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、及びポリイミド(PI)で構成される群から選択される第2フィルム層が前記第1バリア層の他面にさらに積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記第2フィルム層と前記ホット−メルト層との間に、線形低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、無延伸ポリプロピレン(CPP)、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニールアセテート(EVA)、エポキシ樹脂、及びフェノール樹脂で構成される群から選択される第3接着層を通じて第2バリア層が前記第2フィルム層の他面にさらに積層されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 芯材(core material)を切断するステップと、
請求項1から請求項4のうち、いずれか一項に記載されている断熱フィルムを外皮材として前記芯材の上部及び下部に各々配置し、真空成型機に移送するステップと、
前記真空成型機の内部に真空を与えるステップと、
加熱手段を使用して前記外皮材と前記芯材を熱−融着して真空断熱材を成型するステップと、
前記成型された真空断熱材の外側を切断するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、真空断熱材の製造方法。 - 前記芯材は、セラミックペーパー(ceramic paper)、セラクウール(cerakwool)、蒸留シリカ、ポリウレタンフォーム、ガラスウール、エアロゲル、不織布、テクロン、及び岩綿ボードで構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 断熱層を形成する芯材と、
前記芯材の外側に被覆される外皮材であって、請求項1から請求項4のうち、いずれか一項に記載されている断熱フィルムで構成される外皮材を含むことを特徴とする、真空断熱材、 - 前記芯材はセラミックペーパー(ceramic paper)、セラクウール(cerakwool)、蒸留シリカ、ポリウレタンフォーム、ガラスウール、エアロゲル、不織布、テクロン、及び岩綿ボードで構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の真空断熱材。
