Claims (10)
- 垂直方向において中間部分が円柱状に形成され、上面と下面が傾くようにハウジングが形成され、回転駆動装置の駆動によって回転し、廃棄物投入口を通じて投入された廃棄物が積もる廃棄物積載台がハウジングの内部に備えられた燃焼ユニット;
前記燃焼ユニットの上面に取り付けられ、廃棄物を点火させる点火ユニット;
外壁と内壁の二重壁からなって前記燃焼ユニットの上部に取り付けられ、燃焼ユニットの円柱部分より直径が小さく形成された1次燃焼室;
前記1次燃焼室の下端部の一側で燃焼室空気供給路を通じて1次燃焼室の二重壁の間に燃焼空気を供給する1次燃焼室送風機;
外壁と内壁の二重壁からなって前記1次燃焼室の上部に取り付けられ、上端部の一側に排気ガスを排出させる排気口が形成された2次燃焼室;
下端が閉塞した円柱状の管からなり、前記2次燃焼室の上端部から1次燃焼室の上端部まで1次及び2次燃焼室の内部中央部に沿って垂直に取り付けられ、1次燃焼室部分に位置する部分には等間隔で孔が形成され、内部に無軸スクリューを備えた無軸スクリュー管;
前記2次燃焼室の下端部の一側で送風管を通じて2次燃焼室の二重壁の間を経て前記無軸スクリュー管に燃焼空気を供給する2次燃焼室送風機;及び
前記燃焼ユニットの下端に備えられ、燃焼した後に排出される燃焼灰を溶融させてスラグ化させるための高周波誘導加熱炉;

前記1次燃焼室の上端には一定幅を有するリング状の遮断板が取り付けられ、リング状の遮断板の内側端部が下方に垂直に折り曲げられて排気口垂直壁を形成し、排気口垂直壁の内側に無軸スクリュー管の下端部が位置するように構成されることを特徴とする、水と燃焼空気の熱分解を用いたハイブリッド型燃焼装置。 - 前記2次燃焼室送風機から2次燃焼室に燃焼空気を供給する送風管の内部に水を噴霧するための噴霧用高圧ポンプをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水と燃焼空気の熱分解を用いたハイブリッド型燃焼装置。
- 前記廃棄物積載台は、円形底面の縁部に沿って垂直壁が形成され、上方が開放した形状であり、垂直壁と底面が接する縁部の円周に沿って、廃棄物が燃焼した後の燃焼灰が排出される灰排出孔が等間隔で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水と燃焼空気の熱分解を用いたハイブリッド型燃焼装置。
- 前記廃棄物積載台の底面中央部には、底面を貫いて垂直方向に燃焼ガス誘導チューブがさらに取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の水と燃焼空気の熱分解を用いたハイブリッド型燃焼装置。
- 前記燃焼ユニットの上部傾斜面は外壁と内壁の二重壁からなり、前記1次燃焼室送風機から送風された燃焼空気が燃焼ユニット空気供給路と二重壁の間を通じて廃棄物積載台と燃焼ユニットハウジングの内壁に沿ってそれぞれ供給されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水と燃焼空気の熱分解を用いたハイブリッド型燃焼装置。
- 前記1次燃焼室の内壁は外壁より高さが低く、1次燃焼室の内壁内側面と排気口垂直壁の間に一定間隔が形成されて1次燃焼室給気口を形成し、

前記燃焼ユニットの傾斜上面部分に位置する廃棄物投入管において外壁と内壁の間に位置する部分には等間隔で孔が形成されたスクリーン網が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水と燃焼空気の熱分解を用いたハイブリッド型燃焼装置。 - 前記1次燃焼室をなす外壁と内壁の下端部は外壁と内壁の間が閉塞板によって閉塞され、
前記1次燃焼室送風機から燃焼室空気供給路を通じて供給された燃焼空気は閉塞板の上部の1次燃焼室の外壁と内壁の間に供給され、燃焼ユニット空気供給路を通じて供給された燃焼空気は閉塞板の下部の燃焼ユニット上面の外壁と内壁の間にそれぞれ供給されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水と燃焼空気の熱分解を用いたハイブリッド型燃焼装置。
