Description
a)フォーム又は多孔性材料、好ましくはフォーム製の核、
b)核a)上に施された外層、及び
c)外層b)とは異なる、熱可塑性合成物質製のホイル
を含む複合要素によって解決される。
(B1)10〜90質量%(重量%)の少なくとも1種のグラフトラバーであって、以下のものに基づくもの
(B11)50〜95質量%のグラフトベースであって、以下のもので製造されるもの
(B111)70〜99.9質量%の少なくとも1種のアクリル酸アルキルエステル
(B112)0.1〜30質量%の少なくとも1種の、少なくとも2官能性の架橋剤、
(B113)0〜29.9質量%の少なくとも1種の、更なる共重合可能なモノマー、
(B12)5〜50質量%のグラフトシェルであって、以下のものに基づくもの
(B121)65〜90質量%、好ましくは70〜80質量%の少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族モノマー、
(B122)10〜35質量%、好ましくは20〜30質量%の少なくとも1種の極性の、共重合可能な不飽和性モノマー、好ましくはアクリロニトリル、及び/又はメタクリロニトリル、

−核を準備する工程、

−被覆された(フォーム又は多孔性材料から構成される)核a)を、少なくとも1つのホイルc)と一緒に、ホイルc)と被覆された核を分離した状態で、チャンバー内に配置し、及びこれらを固定する工程、
−チャンバーから空気を排気する工程、
−合成物質c)を加熱する工程、及び
−合成物質c)を被覆された核a)の表面にプレスする工程、
−複合要素を取り出す工程。

c1)核a)を排気し、そしてホイルb)を気密的に封止する工程、

h1)複合要素を取り出す工程。
A)フォーム又は多孔性材料製の核a)を準備する工程、
B)核をホイルb)で覆う(被覆する)工程、
C)被覆された核a)を、少なくとも1つのホイルc)と一緒に、且つホイルc)と被覆された核とを分離した状態でチャンバー内に配置し、及びこれらを固定する工程、
D)チャンバーから空気を除去(真空化)する工程、
E)ホイルb)を気密的に閉鎖する(封止する)工程、
F)合成物質c)を加熱する工程、
G)合成物質c)を被覆された核a)の表面にプレスする工程、
H)複合要素を取り出す工程。
−カプセル内で、成形体(molding)とホイルとが分離した状態で配置され、そして固定される、
−カプセルから空気が除去され、そして
−ホイルの間に真空状態が形成される間、ホイルが成形体の対向する面にプレスされる。これにより、表面の障害、例えば折り目、又はゆがみが防止される。
Claims (16)
- a)フォーム又は多孔性材料製の核、
b)核a)上に施された外層、及び
c)外層b)とは異なる、熱可塑性合成物質製のホイル、
を含む複合要素。 - 核a)が、連続気泡ポリウレタン硬質フォーム、独立気泡ポリウレタン硬質フォーム、及びメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド−フォームを含む群から選ばれるフォームであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合要素。
- 核a)がエーロゲルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合要素。
- 外層b)が、ガスに対する遮断層、難燃層、及び機械的な支持層を含む群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- 外層b)が、金属ホイル−又は金属−複合ホイルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- 外層b)が、メタライゼーション又はラミネーションにより形成された金属層を有する複数層複合体ホイルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- 外層b)の金属層がアルミニウムでできていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- 外層b)が、核a)を完全に包囲したホイルであり、その核a)は排気されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- ホイルc)が、複合要素の2つの対向する側にのみ施されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- 外層b)とホイルc)の間に、接着剤が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- ホイルc)のための材料が、ポリ塩化ビニル、スチレンコポリマー、ポリプロピレン、フッ化ポリビニリデン、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、及びポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、及び熱可塑性ポリウレタンとスチレンコポリマーとの混合物を含む群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の複合要素。
- 以下の工程、
a1)フォーム又は多孔性材料製の核a)を準備する工程、
b1)前記核をホイルb)で覆う工程、
c1)核a)を排気し、及びホイルb)を気密に封止する工程、
d1)被覆された核a)を、少なくとも1つのホイルc)と一緒にチャンバー内に配置し、そしてホイルc)と被覆された核とを分離した状態で固定する工程、
e1)チャンバーから空気を除去する工程、
f1)合成物質ホイルc)を加熱する工程、
g1)合成物質ホイルc)を被覆された核a)の表面上にプレスする工程、
h1)複合要素を取り出す工程、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の複合要素を製造するための方法。 - 工程d1)及びe1)の間で、接着剤を、被覆された核、及び/又はホイルc)上に施すことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程f1)で、ホイルc)を、軟化点を超えて加熱することを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 工程b1)及びc1)を、同じ装置内で行うことを特徴とする請求項12〜14の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の複合要素を、冷却装置を製造するために使用する方法。
