Claims (13)
- 排気ガス(A)を排出するための排気ダクト(6)と、触媒排気ガス浄化(10)のために、中に配置され、そこを通って前記排気ガス(A)が流れることができる触媒コンバータ(12)とを有する燃焼システム(2)であって、前記触媒コンバータ(12)が入口側(14)に前記排気ガス(A)用の入口開口部(18)を有し、洗浄装置(20)が前記入口側(14)に設けられ、前記洗浄装置(20)が、前記入口側(14)の堆積物を機械的に除去するための洗浄ブラシ(22)を備える、燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記洗浄ブラシ(22)が、前記入口側(14)の一部の領域を覆い、前記入口側(14)にわたって移動可能である請求項1に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記洗浄ブラシ(22)が、ローラの形態であり、ローラ長手方向軸線(24)を中心に回転することができる請求項1又は2に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記洗浄ブラシ(22)が前記入口側(14)の全幅にわたって延びる請求項3に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記洗浄ブラシ(22)が、前記洗浄ブラシ(22)のブラシ毛(26)を洗浄するために使用される、付随した剥ぎ取り要素(28)を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記剥ぎ取り要素(28)が、ブラシ回転軸に対してほぼ半径方向に配向される剥ぎ取り用縁部(32)を有し、それにより、前記ブラシ毛(26)が剥ぎ取り工程中に最初に弾性的に応力を受け、次に応力が再び、特に急に除去される、請求項5に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記洗浄装置(20)が洗浄流体用の噴射装置(34)をさらに有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記噴射装置(34)は前記洗浄ブラシ(22)と共に移動可能である請求項7に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記洗浄装置(20)が、前記入口側(14)に向かって開口しているハウジング(36)を備え、前記ハウジング(36)内に前記洗浄ブラシ(22)が配置される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記ブラシ(22)が流体モータ(48)に接続される請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 前記触媒コンバータ(12)が、前記排気ガス(A)の流れ方向(8)にならぶ複数の触媒層(12A、12B)を有し、前記洗浄装置(20)が、少なくとも1つの前記触媒層に、好ましくは第1の触媒層(12A)に設けられる請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼システム(2)。
- 燃焼システム(2)の排気ダクト(6)に設置される触媒コンバータ(12)を洗浄するための方法であって、洗浄ブラシ(22)が前記触媒コンバータ(12)の入口側(14)から堆積物を除去するために使用される方法。
- 前記燃焼システム(2)の運転中に実施される請求項12に記載の方法。
