Claims (5)
- それぞれが開いた扁平な管状の断面を有する端部を有し、それぞれの内側を加熱水が流れる、複数の熱交換管と;
第1及び第2の取付板であって、それぞれが前記板の長さ方向に所定の間隔で形成された管挿入孔を有し、前記複数の熱交換管の両端が前記各管挿入孔に挿入されるようになっている、第1及び第2の取付板と;
前記第1及び第2の取付板のそれぞれに取り付けられ、前記複数の熱交換管の両端を閉じることによって平行な流路を形成する、第1及び第2の平行流路キャップと;
前記第1の平行流路キャップに接続された加熱水入口と;
前記第1又は第2の平行流路キャップに接続された加熱水出口と;
を備え、前記複数の熱交換管のそれぞれの断面が、前記複数の熱交換管の間を通過する燃焼ガスの流路を伸長させるように、前記熱交換管の幅方向に交互に設けられた複数の凸部及び複数の凹部を有する、熱交換器。 - 前記複数の熱交換管が、前記複数の熱交換管の長さ方向に離間しかつ前記複数の熱交換管の幅方向に突出した複数の凸部を有し、隣り合う熱交換管の凸部が互いに接触している、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換管の上部と下部との厚さ方向の断面が、互いに一致した形状であり、隣り合う熱交換管によって形成される燃焼ガスの流路の断面の形状が同様である、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1及び第2の平行流路キャップが、プレス成形によって形成されており、前記複数の熱交換管の端部を閉じるための複数のドーム状の部分及び前記複数のドーム状の部分間の複数の接続部を有し、前記複数の熱交換管の断面形状と同様の形状を有する複数の挿入板が、前記燃焼ガスの流路の形状及び隙間が同様に保たれるように、前記複数の接続部で前記複数の熱交換管の間に挿入されている、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の熱交換管が、プレス成形及び曲げ加工によって形成され、その後前記複数の接続部が溶接されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
