Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к теплообменнику, осуществляющему эффективный теплообмен между теплоносителем, протекающим по теплообменным трубкам, и газообразными продуктами сгорания. Теплообменник содержит теплообменные трубки для протекания теплоносителя, концы которых открыты и имеют в поперечном сечении форму плоской трубы; первую крепежную панель и вторую крепежную панель, в каждой из которых выполнены отверстия для установки трубок, распределенные в продольном направлении указанной панели с заданным интервалом, причем оба конца теплообменных трубок вставлены в соответствующие отверстия для установки трубок; первую крышку параллельных каналов, закрепленную на первой крепежной панели, и вторую крышку параллельных каналов, закрепленную на второй крепежной панели, причем указанные крышки закрывают теплообменные трубки с обоих концов, формируя тем самым параллельные каналы; патрубок подвода теплоносителя, соединенный с первой крышкой параллельных каналов; и патрубок отвода теплоносителя, соединенный с первой крышкой параллельных каналов или со второй крышкой параллельных каналов. Поперечное сечение теплообменных трубок характеризуется наличием выступов и углублений, чередующихся в направлении ширины теплообменной трубки с тем, чтобы увеличить длину пути потока газообразных продуктов сгорания, проходящих между теплообменными трубками.
