Claims (35)
- 乳児に対して年齢に合わせた栄養システムを提供するための、ホエータンパク質及びカゼインタンパク質を含むタンパク質源の使用であって、前記システムが2種類の乳児用調製乳を含み、それぞれが異なる年齢の乳児に適しており、それぞれがタンパク質源を含み、各調製乳のホエーとカゼインとの比が、100:0〜40:60の範囲から選択され、乳児の年齢に従って減少し、各調製乳のタンパク質含有量が、タンパク質1.5〜3.0g/100kcalの範囲から選択され、乳児の年齢に従って減少する、使用。

- 脂質源に乳脂肪が含まれる、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 乳児用調製乳にラクトフェリンが補充されており、各調製乳のラクトフェリン含有量が1.5〜0.1g/Lであり、乳児の年齢が上がるにつれて減少する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 乳児用調製乳が、プロバイオティクス菌株をさらに含み、各調製乳のプロバイオティクス含有量が、103〜1012cfu/調製乳g(乾燥重量)の範囲から選択され、一般に乳児の年齢が上がるにつれて増加する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- プロバイオティクス菌株がビフィドバクテリア・ラクティス(Bifidobacterium lactis)CNCM I−3446である、請求項11に記載の使用。
- 出生直後から2ヶ月までの乳児のための、年齢に合わせた栄養システムであって、ホエータンパク質及び場合によってカゼインタンパク質を含むタンパク質源を有し、ホエーとカゼインとの比が100:0〜60:40であり、タンパク質含有量がタンパク質2.0〜3.0g/100kcalである第1の乳児用調製乳と、ホエータンパク質及びカゼインタンパク質を含むタンパク質源を有し、ホエーとカゼインとの比が70:30〜50:50であり、タンパク質含有量がタンパク質1.8〜2.0g/100kcalである第2の乳児用調製乳とを含み、ただし、第2の乳児用調製乳のタンパク質含有量及びホエーとカゼインとの比のいずれか、或いはタンパク質含有量及びホエーとカゼインとの比の両方が第1の乳児用調製乳よりも低い、栄養システム。

- 乳児用調製乳が、炭水化物源をさらに含み、第1の乳児用調製乳の炭水化物含有量が炭水化物9〜11g/調製乳100gであり、第2の乳児用調製乳の炭水化物含有量が炭水化物10〜12g/調製乳100gである、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 炭水化物源が乳糖である、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 乳児用調製乳が、脂質源をさらに含み、第1の乳児用調製乳の脂質含有量が脂質5.5〜6g/調製乳100gであり、第2の乳児用調製乳の脂質含有量が脂質4.5〜5.5g/調製乳100gである、請求項13〜17のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 脂質源に乳脂肪が含まれる、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 脂質源にアラキドン酸及びドコサヘキサエン酸が含まれる、請求項18又は19に記載のシステム。
- 乳児用調製乳にラクトフェリンが補充されおり、第1の乳児用調製乳のラクトフェリン含有量が0.8〜1.5g/Lであり、第2の乳児用調製乳のラクトフェリン含有量が0.3〜0.7g/Lである、請求項13〜20のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 乳児用調製乳が、プロバイオティクス菌株をさらに含む、請求項13〜21のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 乳児用調製乳が単位ごとにパックされており、各単位が、適当な量の水で戻すと乳児用調製乳1食分が調製されるように濃縮された形で十分な乳児用調製乳を含む、請求項13〜22のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 最初の6ヶ月までの乳児に対して栄養を提供する方法であって、前記乳児に対して、最初の1週間ないし最初の8週間の少なくとも一部の期間に、ホエータンパク質及び場合によってカゼインタンパク質を含むタンパク質源を有し、ホエーとカゼインとの比が100:0〜60:40であり、タンパク質含有量がタンパク質2.0〜3.0g/100kcalである第1の乳児用調製乳を哺乳するステップと、前記乳児に対して、最初の6ヶ月までの残りの期間の少なくとも一部の期間に、ホエータンパク質及びカゼインタンパク質を含むタンパク質源を有し、ホエーとカゼインとの比が70:30〜50:50であり、タンパク質含有量がタンパク質1.7〜2.1g/100kcalである第2の乳児用調製乳を哺乳するステップとを含み、ただし、第2の乳児用調製乳のタンパク質含有量及びホエーとカゼインとの比のいずれか、或いはタンパク質含有量及びホエーとカゼインとの比の両方が第1の乳児用調製乳よりも低い、方法。
