Abstract

Description
好ましくは、可とう性プラスチックカバーを設けるために、オーバモールド処理が用いられる。
ばね31は、継続してランセット19に力を加え、ヘッド29を通して針の先端を駆動する。これによって、針の周囲でスリーブ30が蛇腹状に折り畳まれることになる。針先端21は、接触板13の開口14を通して駆動され、使用者の皮膚を突き刺す。この時点で、ばね31は、多少過度に伸長しているので収縮し始め、ランセットを引張り、ランセットとともに、針先端を接触板の開口を通してケース内に戻す。
Claims (19)
- 皮膚を刺す装置であって、ケースと、ケース内に配置されるランセットと、ランセットの針先端を、ケースの開口を通して駆動し、使用者の皮膚に刺すための発射機構とを備え、発射機構は、使用者によって、発射機構における、間隔を置いて配置された2つの部品にそれぞれ、ほぼ同時に加えられる外部圧力によって解除される機械インタロックを含む、皮膚を刺す装置。
- 発射機構は、
ランセットに力を加えて、前記開口を通して針先端を駆動するための力印加手段と、
前記力印加手段と結合して、その手段を作動させるための指で作動可能なトリガと、
力印加手段に対するトリガの結合が妨げられる第1の位置と、結合が可能となる第2の位置との間で移動可能なトリガロック手段とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記指で作動可能なトリガおよび前記トリガロック手段は、前記ケースと一体成形されている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガおよび前記トリガロック手段は、互いにほぼ直交する方向に移動可能なように設けられている、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガロック手段は、ケースを通るランセットの移動の方向に対してほぼ平行な方向に移動可能である、請求項2ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- トリガロック手段は、前記開口が貫通して形成されている接触板を含み、接触板は、使用者の皮膚の刺すべき部分と接するための外部接触表面を有する、請求項2ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 接触板は、接触板をケースに対して外向きに偏るように設けられた1つまたは複数のばね手段によってケースに結合される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- そのような少なくとも1つのばね手段は、可とう性ヒンジでケースに装着され、それによって、組立時に、トリガロック手段をケース内部で折り畳むことができる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ばね手段は、1Nを超える力によって克服される、接触板の内向きの移動に対する抵抗をもたらすように設けられる、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 指で作動可能なトリガは、トリガロック手段が前記第1の位置にあるときはトリガロック手段の表面と係合するように設けられ、かつ、トリガロック手段が前記第2の位置にあるときはトリガロック手段を通る通路と同じ位置にあるように設けられる停止部材を含む、請求項2ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記力印加手段は、ランセットとケースとの間に結合された圧縮ばねを含む、請求項2ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 発射機構は、ランセット上、またはケースの内側に形成されたラッチを含み、ラッチは、ランセットまたはケースの反対側に形成された留め具と係合し、ランセット解除部材は、発射ボタンから垂下して、トリガロック手段が前記第2の位置にあるときに留め具またはランセットと係合する、請求項2ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- ケースと、ケース内に配置される針と、ランセット発射機構とを含む、皮膚に刺す装置であって、発射機構は、
針に力を加えて、ケースの開口を通して針を駆動し、使用者の皮膚に刺すための力印加手段と、
力印加手段を解除するための指で作動可能なトリガと、
使用者の皮膚の刺すべき領域に接触するための接触部分を含むトリガロックとを含み、ロックは、トリガロック位置とトリガ解除位置との間の接触部分に加えられる圧力によって移動可能となる、皮膚に刺す装置。 - 使用者の皮膚に刺すためのランセットであって、
概ね硬質のプラスチック材料からなる本体と、
一方の端部は前記本体に埋め込まれ、先鋭な針先端を含む他方の端部は本体から突出するようにされている針と、
針の露出した長さ全体を覆う可とう性プラスチックカバーとを含み、カバーは、本体に対してカバーに加えられる軸力によって、カバーの少なくとも軸部が針に沿って蛇腹状に折り畳まれて、針先端を露出させるような材料および寸法で形成されている、ランセット。 - 前記カバーは、前記軸力がなくなった後で針先端を覆うために復帰することのないような材料および寸法で形成されている、請求項14に記載のランセット。
- 可とう性プラスチックカバーは、針先端を囲むヘッド部と、ヘッド部より狭く、針の残り部分を囲むスリーブ部とを含み、それによって、使用の際、カバーのヘッドに前記軸力が加えられ、それに応じてスリーブ部が針に沿って折り畳まれる、請求項15に記載のランセット。
- 前記可とう性プラスチックカバーは熱可塑性エラストマー材料である、請求項13ないし16のいずれか1つに記載のランセット。
- 針の頂部に可とう性プラスチック材料をオーバモールドすることで前記可とう性プラスチックカバーを形成するステップを含む、請求項13ないし17のいずれか1つに記載のランセットを製造する方法。
- 皮膚を刺す装置を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのヒンジによって結合された上ケース部と下ケース部とを含む単一のプラスチック部品と、少なくとも1つのヒンジによって上ケース部および下ケース部の一方に結合されたトリガロック部とを成形するステップと、
上ケース部および下ケース部の一方の内部にランセット針を含むランセットを配置し、かつ、ランセットとケースとの間にばね手段を配置するステップと、
上ケース部および下ケース部の一方の中におけるヒンジを軸にしてトリガロック部を折り畳み、かつ、ケース部をそれらのヒンジを軸にしてともに折り畳んで、ランセットおよびばね手段の周囲でケースを閉じるステップとを含む、方法。
