Claims (23)
- 三次元物体を層状に製造する方法に使用するポリアリルエーテルケトン(PAEK)粉末の製造方法において、粉砕、溶液からの沈殿プロセス、溶融噴霧、又は粗大な粉末若しくは粗粒から噴霧乾燥により製造されていたPAEK微細粉末を、DIN 53765による示差走査熱量測定(DSC)により決定されたガラス転移点Tgより少なくとも20℃を越えた温度Tに、30分を超えた時間曝すことによってPAEK微粉末を得ることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記温度Tは、DIN 53765による示差走査熱量測定(DSC)により決定された前記粉末のガラス転移点Tgより少なくとも50℃を越えることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、前記温度Tは、DIN 53765による示差走査熱量測定(DSC)により決定された前記粉末の融点Ts未満である特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記温度Tは、DIN 53765による示差走査熱量測定(DSC)により決定された前記粉末の融点Tsより20℃だけ低くなるように選択されていることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記温度Tは、DIN 53765による示差走査熱量測定(DSC)により決定された前記粉末の融点Tsより30℃だけ低くなるように選択されていることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5の内のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、オーブンで前記粉末を焼戻しすることにより、当該粉末は前記温度Tに曝されることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5の内のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、電磁放射線又は粒子放射線を用いて、前記粉末に照射を行うことにより、当該粉末は前記温度Tに曝されることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、赤外光放射線又はマイクロ波照射線を用いて、前記粉末に照射を行うことにより、当該粉末は前記温度Tに曝されることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5の内のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記温度Tに到達させ、且つ維持する熱的エネルギーは部分的又は完全に機械的処理により前記粉末に供給されることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項6〜8の内のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記温度Tに到達させ、且つ維持するための供給熱的エネルギーは部分的に機械的処理により前記粉末に供給されることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜10の内のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、出発物質として使用される前記PAEK微細粉末は、ポリエーテルエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンケトン(PEEKK)及びポリエーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン(PEKEKK)から成るグループから選択された粉末から成ることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜11の内のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、少なくとも一つの添加物が、更なる構成要素として前記PAEK微細粉末に加えられることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記添加物が融着結合により粉末に導入されていることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜13の内のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記出発粉末の処理は、不活性ガス雰囲気で行われていることを特徴とするPAEK粉末の製造方法。

前記PAEK微細粉末は、0.25kN*s/m2未満の溶融粘度、150μm未満のD0.90値、40m2/g未満のBET面積及び0.42g/cm2以上のかさ密度を有することを特徴とするPAEK微細粉末。 - 三次元物体の層状生成方法の積層材として使用するポリアリルエーテルケトン(PAEK)微細粉末において、
前記PAEK微細粉末は、0.25〜0.50kN*s/m2の溶融粘度、150μm未満のD0.90値、40m2/g未満のBET面積及び0.39g/cm2以上のかさ密度を有することを特徴とするPAEK微細粉末。 - 三次元物体の層状生成方法の積層材として使用するポリアリルエーテルケトン(PAEK)微細粉末において、
前記PAEK微細粉末は、0.50kN*s/m2を超えた溶融粘度、150μm未満のD0.90値、40m2/g未満のBET面積及び0.34g/cm2以上のかさ密度を有することを特徴とするPAEK微細粉末。 - 請求項15〜17の内のいずれか一項に記載のPAEK微細粉末において、前記PAEK微細粉末は、ポリエーテルエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンケトン(PEEKK)、及びポリエーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン(PEKEKK)からなるグループから選択された少なくとも一つの粉末からなることを特徴とするPAEK微細粉末。

凝固可能な粉末材料から形成される物体の連続的な層が、物体の断面に応じた場所で次々に凝固される製造プロセスの開始前、前記粉末は請求項1〜14の内のいずれか一項に記載された方法により処理されている粉末であることを特徴とする三次元物体を層状に製造するための方法。 - 請求項22に記載の方法において、当該方法は、三次元物体を層状に製造する装置内で行われ、前記粉末の前処理は三次元物体を層状に製造する装置内で行われることを特徴とする三次元物体を層状に製造する方法。
