Abstract
【解決手段】燃料タンクTの外面Taを覆うように備えられる面状をなす遮蔽部材Iの端末部Iaの接続用クリップである。接続させ合わされる遮蔽部材Iの端末部Ia間に亘るベース1に、各端末部Ia、Iaに形成された接続用貫通孔Ibへの挿入凸部2を備えて遮蔽部材Iの内面側に位置される第一パーツFと、この第一パーツFの各挿入凸部2、2に対する掛合部3を備えてこの掛合部3により遮蔽部材Iの外面Ic側から第一パーツFに組み合わされる第二パーツMとからなる。

Description
接続させ合わされる遮蔽部材の端末部間に亘るベースに、各端末部に形成された接続用貫通孔への挿入凸部を備えて、遮蔽部材の内面側に位置される第一パーツと、
この第一パーツの各挿入凸部に対する掛合部を備え、この掛合部により遮蔽部材の外面側から第一パーツに組み合わされる第二パーツとからなるものとした。
遮蔽部材の内面側に位置される座部の一面側にこの遮蔽部材の端末部に形成された接続用貫通孔への挿入部を備えて遮蔽部材の各端末部にそれぞれ備えられる第一パーツと、
接続させ合わされる遮蔽部材の端末部間に亘る基板に、第一パーツの挿入部に対する掛合部を備え、この掛合部により遮蔽部材の外面側から遮蔽部材の各端末部に備えられた第一パーツに組み合わされる第二パーツとからなるものとした。
先ず、図1〜図9に示される第一例について説明する。図1は第一例にかかるクリップを用いた遮蔽部材Iの張り込み手順を示しており、図1(a)に示されるように第一パーツFを配置させた後、図1(b)に示されるように遮蔽部材Iの両端末部Ia、Iaに形成された接続用貫通孔Ibに第一パーツFの挿入凸部2を差し入れ、最後に図1(c)に示されるように第一パーツFに第二パーツMを接続用貫通孔Ibを利用して掛合・組み合わせる。また、図3〜図6は第一パーツFを、図7〜図9は第二パーツMを、それぞれ示している。
次いで、図10〜図17に示される第二例について説明する。図10は第二例にかかるクリップを用いた遮蔽部材Iの張り込み手順を示しており、図10(a)に示されるように遮蔽部材Iの両端末部Ia、Iaにそれぞれ形成された接続用貫通孔Ibに第一パーツFの挿入部20を差し入れて燃料タンクTの外側に遮蔽部材Iをセットした後、図10(b)に示されるように第一パーツFに第二パーツMを接続用貫通孔Ibを利用して掛合・組み合わせる。また、図12〜図15は第一パーツFを、図16及び図17は第二パーツMを、それぞれ示している。

Claims (7)
- 燃料タンクの外面を覆うように備えられる面状をなす遮蔽部材の端末部の接続用クリップであって、
接続させ合わされる遮蔽部材の端末部間に亘るベースに、各端末部に形成された接続用貫通孔への挿入凸部を備えて、遮蔽部材の内面側に位置される第一パーツと、
この第一パーツの各挿入凸部に対する掛合部を備え、この掛合部により遮蔽部材の外面側から第一パーツに組み合わされる第二パーツとからなることを特徴とするクリップ。 - 第一パーツの挿入凸部に、遮蔽部材の接続用貫通孔への挿入終了状態において、この接続用貫通孔における遮蔽部材の外面側に位置される孔縁に引っかかる仮止め部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 第一パーツの挿入凸部は、内側に第二パーツの掛合部を受け入れてこれと掛合される中空体として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のクリップ。
- 第一パーツのベースに、燃料タンクの外面に形成された突出部を納めてこの突出部の形成位置に第一パーツを位置づけさせる凹所が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のクリップ。
- 燃料タンクの外面を覆うように備えられる面状をなす遮蔽部材の端末部の接続用クリップであって、
遮蔽部材の内面側に位置される座部の一面側にこの遮蔽部材の端末部に形成された接続用貫通孔への挿入部を備えて遮蔽部材の各端末部にそれぞれ備えられる第一パーツと、
接続させ合わされる遮蔽部材の端末部間に亘る基板に、第一パーツの挿入部に対する掛合部を備え、この掛合部により遮蔽部材の外面側から遮蔽部材の各端末部に備えられた第一パーツに組み合わされる第二パーツとからなることを特徴とするクリップ。 - 第一パーツの挿入部に、遮蔽部材の接続用貫通孔への挿入終了状態において、この接続用貫通孔における遮蔽部材の外面側に位置される孔縁に引っかかる仮止め部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクリップ。
- 第一パーツの挿入部は、内側に第二パーツの掛合部を受け入れてこれと掛合される中空体として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載のクリップ。
