Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン排気ガス浄化用触媒2を内蔵し、エンジン排気ガスとエンジン冷却水間で熱回収を行うエンジン排気ガス熱回収器1において、エンジン排気ガス浄化用触媒2を排気ガス流入部の排気ガス流れ経路上に配置し、前記触媒2の一部または全部を、周壁に熱交換器4の内壁41と対向した複数の噴孔30を設けた収納部材3に収め、熱回収器4の内壁41と熱回収器4の外壁42との間をエンジン冷却水通路としたものである。触媒2外周に接合される触媒支持具21の一箇所または複数箇所に、ガスの流通を可能とした切欠部21bを設けるようにした上記エンジン排気ガス回収器1である。上記エンジン排気ガス熱交換器1をエンジンの排気ガス経路に使用したエネルギー供給装置。

Claims (3)
- エンジン排気ガス浄化用触媒を内蔵し、エンジン排気ガスとエンジン冷却水間で熱回収を行うエンジン排気ガス熱回収器において、
エンジン排気ガス浄化用触媒を排気ガス流入部の排気ガス流れ経路上に配置し、前記触媒の一部または全部を、周壁に熱交換器の内壁と対向した複数の噴孔を設けた収納部材に収め、熱回収器の内壁と熱回収器の外壁との間をエンジン冷却水通路としたことを特徴とするエンジン排気ガス熱回収器。 - 触媒外周に接合される触媒支持具の一箇所または複数箇所に、ガスの流通を可能とした切欠部を設けるようにした請求項1記載のエンジン排気ガス熱回収器。
- エンジン駆動式ヒートポンプおよびコーシェネレーションなどのエネルギー供給装置において、請求項1または2記載のエンジン排気ガス熱交換器をエンジンの排気ガス経路に使用したことを特徴とするエネルギー供給装置。
