Abstract
Description
少なくとも一のセンサは、少なくとも一の近接センサを備えていてもよく、例えば、キャパシタンス、インダクタンス又は磁気センサである。

電気出力は、最適な位置合わせを示す、ソフトウエア、電気メータ又はインジケータで表示されてもよく、例えば、LEDディスプレイである。択一的には、ブザーのような可聴信号が最適な位置合わせを示すのに使用されてもよい。
Claims (17)
- スケールに対する読み取りヘッドの角度合わせを決定するための装置であって、
読み取りヘッドに少なくとも一のセンサを備え、
前記少なくとも一のセンサの少なくとも一の出力は、前記スケールに対する前記読み取りヘッドの角度合わせにより決まる、装置。 - 少なくとも一のセンサは、少なくとも一の光学検出器を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記読み取りヘッドは、光源を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一の光学検出器は、分割された検出器を備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一のセンサは、少なくとも一の近接センサを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スケールは、光学スケールを含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スケールは、磁気スケールを含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スケールは、回転式スケールを含む請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スケールは、リニアスケールを含む請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スケールに対する前記読み取りヘッドの角度合わせは、ピッチを含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スケールに対する前記読み取りヘッドの角度合わせは、ロールを含む、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スケールに対する読み取りヘッドの前記角度合わせは、局所的なスケール平坦性を含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記出力は、画像表示を作り出す、請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記出力は、音響信号を作り出す、請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記出力は、前記スケール及び前記読み取りヘッドの相対的な位置合わせが最適な範囲内にあるときを指示するために使用される、請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記出力は、前記スケールに対する前記読み取りヘッドの調整の所要の方向を指示するために使用される、請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記出力は、前記スケールに対する前記読み取りヘッドの角度位置の大きさをするために使用される、請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の装置。
