Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 検体−搬送機器内の非磁性支持プレートの上の選択された互いに垂直な直線経路に沿って磁気吸引性の検体−容器ラックを搬送する磁気搬送システムであって、第1と第2の互いに独立した双方向の直線駆動機構を備え、
前記第1の直線駆動機構は、第1の直線経路に沿った移動のために、および、どちらかの方向に前記第1の直線経路に沿って前記第2の直線駆動機構を選択的に前進させるために、前記第2の直線駆動機構を支持する働きをし、前記第2の直線駆動機構は、前記第1の直線経路に対して垂直に延びる第2の直線経路に沿った移動のために磁界発生装置を支持する働きをし、前記第2の直線経路は前記非磁性支持プレートの底面側からわずかに間隔を置いており、前記第2の直線駆動機構は、さらに、前記第2の直線経路に沿ってどちらかの方向に前記磁界発生装置を選択的に前進させる働きをし、前記磁界発生装置は、前記非磁性支持プレートの上に位置している磁気吸引性の検体−容器ラックに係合するのに十分なだけ強力であり、かつ、前記磁界発生装置が前記第2の直線経路に沿って前進させられるのにつれて、および、前記第1の直線経路に沿って前記第2の直線駆動機構が前進させられるのにつれて、前記非磁性支持プレートの上に前記互いに垂直な経路に沿って前記ラックを前進させるのに十分なだけ強力である磁界を、前記非磁性支持プレートの上に発生させるのに有効である
磁気搬送システム。 - 前記第1の直線駆動機構は、(i)前記第2の直線駆動機構をスライド自在に支持するための細長い直線の支持軸であって、前記第1の直線経路に対して平行に延びる支持軸と、(ii)どちらかの方向に前記支持軸に沿って前記第2の直線駆動機構を選択的に前進させる第1の駆動手段とを備える請求項1に記載の磁気搬送システム。
- 前記第1の駆動手段は、前記第2の直線駆動機構に作動的に連結されているベルト駆動機構を備える請求項2に記載の磁気搬送システム。
- 前記第2の直線駆動機構は、(i)前記磁界発生装置をスライド自在に支持する直線レールであって、前記トラックは前記第2の直線経路に対して平行に延びる直線レールと、(ii)どちらかの方向に前記レールに沿って前記磁界発生装置を選択的に前進させる第2の駆動手段とを備える請求項1に記載の磁気搬送システム。
- 前記第2の駆動手段は、前記磁界発生装置に作動的に連結されているベルト駆動機構を備える請求項4に記載の磁気搬送システム。
- 前記磁界発生装置は、プラットホームによって支持されている永久磁石を備える請求項1に記載の磁気搬送システム。
- 前記永久磁石は、互いに反対の磁極が同一方向に延びるように形作られている請求項6に記載の磁気搬送システム。
- 前記磁気吸引性の検体−容器ラックの各々は、1対の互いに間隔が開いた脚部分を有するU字形の強磁性部材を支持し、および、前記永久磁石の前記互いに反対の磁極は、前記脚部分に磁気的に結合するように互いに間隔が開いている請求項6に記載の磁気搬送システム。
