Abstract
【課題】 近年の携帯機器の小型・軽量化に対応して、必要とする電池容量を確保した上で導電電極タブの接合強度を維持できる信頼性の高い非水電解液二次電池を提供すること。
【解決手段】 厚さが薄い部分と厚さが厚い部分の2段構造の導電タブを用い、厚さが薄い部分を電池要素側に装着することで、電池要素側の正電極導電タブ4bおよび負電極導電タブ5bの電池要素3に占める占有体積を抑制することで、必要とする電池容量を確保する。更に、引き出された正電極導電タブ4aおよび負電極導電タブ5aの強度を保つために厚くし、導電タブの厚さが薄い部分にラミネートフィルムからなる可撓性の外装材7を装着し、熱融着することで、その封止部の信頼性を高めつつ、引き出したタブの強度を保つ。

Claims (4)
- 電池要素を電池外装缶に収納した倦回体を用いた非水電解二次電池において、厚さが薄い部分と厚さが厚い部分からなる2段構造の導電タブを備える非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記導電タブにおいて、厚さが薄い部分を電池要素側に装着したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記導電タブにおいて、厚さが厚い部分を、引き出されたタブ部にしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非水電解液二次電池。
- 前記導電タブにおいて、厚さが薄い部分にラミネートフィルムからなる可撓性の外装材を装着して、導電タブ部と電池要素側を熱融着したことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の非水電解液二次電池。
