Abstract
【解決手段】 電池ケースをハンドルに取付けることにより、使用者は電池ケースに設けた電量表示と、運転信号表示と、ヘッドランプと、スイッチとなどの情報を目で直接読取ること又は直接操作することができ、ハンドルに計器を別に増設することが必要なくなり、配線が簡単化になる。電池ケースの重量は、その案内溝と、取付枠にある案内レールとの嵌合により固定され、且つ係合素子の突起と、係合窪みとの嵌合により安定に定位されるので、電池ケースが脱落する恐れがなく、且つ電池ケースの脱着が極めて便利である。

Claims (4)
- 一つの取付枠と、一つの電池ケースとから構成される電動自転車用電池ケースの取付構造において、
前記取付枠は、その内部に収容溝が形成され、前記収容溝の二つの側壁には案内レールがそれぞれ形成され、二つの前記案内レールの間にある末端壁面には連接端子が形成され、前記収容溝の前端の開口には一つの係合素子が設けてあり、押しレバーにより前記係合素子にある突起が旋回され、前記取付枠はその底端面に設けた取付ロッドにより電動自転車のハンドルに固定することができ、
前記電池ケースは、その底端面に一つの突起が形成され、前記突起の両側には案内溝がそれぞれ設けてあり、二つの前記案内溝の間にある端面には一つの連結端子が形成され、なお、前記突起の端面には一つの係合窪みが形成され、前記電池ケースの二つの案内溝は前記取付枠の二つの案内レールと嵌合することができ、前記電池ケースが所定位置まで摺動したときには、前記係合素子の突起は前記案内突起の係合窪みに位置し係合状態になり、そして前記取付枠の連接端子は前記電池ケースの連結端子と電気的に連結することを特徴とする、
電動自転車用電池ケースの取付構造。
- 前記取付枠を電動自転車のハンドルに取付ける際には、一つの緊迫素子をハンドルの適当な箇所に設置して、前記取付枠にある取付ロッドを緊迫素子に挿通して、ネジによって前記緊迫素子を緊迫することにより取付作業が完成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動自転車用電池ケースの取付構造。
- 前記取付枠の収容溝の内部に一つの冷却用ファンを取付け、連接端子に前記冷却用ファンを電気的に連接し、且つ前記案内突起に通気孔を開けることにより、前記電池ケースの電力が前記冷却用ファンに供給し、熱い空気が前記通気孔を通して発散することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動自転車用電池ケースの取付構造。
- 前記電池ケースには表示用計器が設けてあり、前記表示用計器により運転情報を表示することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動自転車用電池ケースの取付構造。
