Abstract
【解決手段】 積層フィン12に挿通された伝熱管10同士を、Uベント管18を用いて接合してクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器を形成するに際して、伝熱管10を、その管内面に多数形成される内面溝20が、伝熱管10の管軸に対して垂直な断面における内面溝20の1個あたりの断面積が0.004mm2 以上0.062mm2 以下であると共に、溝深さが0.06mm以上0.32mm以下、溝深さ×フィン頂角が1.2以上5以下となるように形成して、それら伝熱管10,10の開口部内にUベント管18の両端部をそれぞれ嵌入せしめて、ろう付け固定することにより、クロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器を構成した。

Claims (2)
- 可燃性冷媒を用いるクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器にして、積層フィンに挿通された伝熱管同士を、それらの開口部内にUベント管の両端部をそれぞれ嵌入せしめて、ろう付け固定することにより、接続せしめるようにした構造のものにおいて、
該伝熱管として、管内面に多数の溝が形成され、管軸に対して垂直な断面における溝1個あたりの断面積が0.004mm2 以上0.062mm2 以下であると共に、溝深さが0.06mm以上0.32mm以下である内面溝付管を用いたことを特徴とするクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器。 - 前記溝における溝深さ(d)と、該溝間に形成される内面フィンのフィン頂角(α)とが、次式:1.2≦d×α≦5の関係を満たしている請求項1に記載のクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器。
