【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sun visor mounted on a front ceiling of a passenger compartment to avoid direct light to a driver's seat and a passenger seat of a vehicle, and particularly to a technical field of a structure in which a mirror member is provided on a main body of the sun visor. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a sun visor with a mirror for a vehicle, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-12029, when a mirror member is placed in a light-shielding state so that the main body of the sun visor is along the inner surface of a window, And a mirror cover is provided when the mirror member is not used. The main body of the sun visor includes a relatively large base material for holding the mirror member and an outer peripheral member formed in a frame shape so as to surround the outer peripheral side of the base material. An outer frame portion is provided on the outer peripheral member so as to cover an outer peripheral portion of a surface of the base material on the side where the mirror is provided, and the outer frame portion and the surface of the base material where the mirror is provided are provided between the two. The edges of the mirror cover are spaced apart to be supported. As a result, the mirror cover slides from one side in the vehicle width direction to the other side along the surface of the substrate on which the mirror is provided, so as to expose or cover the surface of the mirror member.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional sun visor, since the main body is composed of a plurality of members including a base member holding the mirror member and an outer peripheral member formed separately from the base member, the number of parts increases and the number of assembly steps increases. As a result, the manufacturing cost is increased. Further, a mirror cover is arranged between the outer frame portion of the outer peripheral member and the base material, and the mirror cover is slid along the surface of the base material on the side where the mirror is provided. When the vehicle is slid to one side in the vehicle width direction to cover the mirror member, the other side in the vehicle width direction on the surface of the base material on the side where the mirror is provided appears to be more depressed than the outer frame portion, and the sun visor is in a light-shielding state. Looks very bad from the passenger compartment side.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a device for arranging a mirror member and a mirror cover in a sun visor for a vehicle. An object of the present invention is to obtain a sun visor with good appearance while reducing the number of parts and the number of assembling steps to reduce manufacturing costs.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that a frame supporting a mirror member is formed in a sun visor main body, and a mirror cover is disposed so as to slide in the frame.
[0006]
Specifically, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the plate-shaped sun visor body is switched between a storage state positioned along the ceiling surface of the vehicle compartment and a light-shielded state positioned along the inner surface of the vehicle window. The main body is divided into a first member which is located on the vehicle cabin side in the light-shielding state in the thickness direction and a second member on the opposite side, and the first member and the second member are overlapped. It is intended for a sun visor with a mirror for a vehicle in which a hollow portion is formed. The first member is provided with a rectangular opening substantially corresponding to the mirror member provided on the second member, and the second member is provided with an upright wall extending toward the opening of the first member. An integrally formed rectangular frame is erected, the mirror member is supported by the frame so as to be positioned in the frame, and a plate-shaped mirror cover is formed on the surface side of the mirror member. A mirror cover is provided on the hollow member side surface of the second member so as to slide along the first member between an open state for exposing and a closed state for covering the surface. In this case, the mirror support is provided with a cover supporting portion projecting into the hollow portion so that the second member side of the mirror cover comes into sliding contact.
[0007]
According to this configuration, since the mirror member is supported by the frame composed of the upright wall integrally formed with the second member, a separate member for holding the mirror member is not required, and the number of parts of the sun visor and the number of parts are reduced accordingly. Assembly man-hours can be reduced. Further, when the mirror cover is opened, the mirror cover slides in contact with the cover supporting portion of the second member, so that the mirror cover can be stably guided to a position close to the first member, Further, the opening of the first member is relatively small, substantially corresponding to the shape of the mirror member, so that the sun visor in the light-shielded state has a good appearance from the passenger compartment side.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the distal end of the frame of the second member is a bezel formed to fit into the opening of the first member.
[0009]
According to this configuration, since the inner peripheral surface of the opening of the first member is covered with the bezel, the appearance can be improved without processing the processing traces generated on the inner peripheral surface when forming the opening. This can reduce the number of man-hours for manufacturing the sun visor.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, an opening / closing operation unit protruding toward the opening is integrally formed on the mirror cover, and the first member or the second member is provided with a mirror. In a fully opened state of the cover, a positioning portion that comes into contact with the mirror cover is formed so as to protrude toward the hollow portion so that a gap into which a finger can be inserted is formed between the operation portion and the periphery of the opening of the first member. Configuration.
[0011]
According to this configuration, the mirror cover can be easily opened and closed because the operation unit protrudes toward the opening. When the mirror cover is opened, the mirror cover comes into contact with the positioning portion and is held at the fully open position. At this time, a gap is formed between the operation portion and the periphery of the opening portion so that a finger can be inserted. By pressing the part in the closing direction with a finger, the mirror cover can be easily closed.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect, the positioning portion is formed integrally with the cover supporting portion.
[0013]
According to this configuration, since the positioning portion can be formed integrally with the cover support portion when the cover support portion is formed, the molding die is easily formed without complicating the molding die as compared with a case where the positioning portion is formed separately from the cover support portion. be able to.
[0014]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect of the invention, the positioning portion is formed integrally with the first member so as to abut on the closing direction end of the mirror cover.
[0015]
According to this configuration, since the protruding length of the positioning portion can be shortened, it is possible to prevent generation of sink marks on a portion corresponding to the positioning portion on the surface of the first member.
[0016]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fifth aspects of the present invention, the mirror cover is configured by a cut piece cut when forming the opening of the first member.
[0017]
According to this configuration, after the first member is formed, the cutout when forming the opening in the first member becomes the mirror cover, so that there is no need to separately form the mirror cover, and the mold cost is low. As a result, the manufacturing cost of the sun visor can be further reduced.
[0018]
Further, when the skin material is integrally formed with the first member on the surface of the first member, if the opening is formed simultaneously with the molding, the molten resin is prevented from flowing on the surface side of the skin material. It is necessary to provide a sealing structure in the mold, which makes the mold more expensive, but this is not the case in the present invention.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0020]

Further, a bezel portion 41 formed in a rectangular frame shape whose outer shape is smaller than that of the step portion 29a is formed integrally with the distal end portion of the frame 27 so as to fit into the opening 29. That is, the front end is formed in a step shape by the step 29a and the bezel 41. The outer shape of the bezel portion 41 substantially matches the shape of the opening portion 29. When the bezel portion 41 is fitted into the opening portion 29, the outer periphery of the bezel portion 41 covers the inner periphery of the opening portion 29. Further, the bezel portion 41 is formed so as to be fitted in the opening 29 so that the distal end surface thereof is located substantially flush with the outer surface (surface) of the flat portion 13 a of the first member 13.
[0025]
The vertical dimension of the mirror member 11 is substantially the same as the vertical dimension of the opening 29 of the first member 13 as shown in FIG. 6, while the vehicle width direction is shown in FIG. As shown, the opening 29 is set to be shorter than the dimension in the vehicle width direction. The mirror member 11 is displaced to the left in the frame 27 at substantially the center in the thickness direction of the sun visor main body 1 and to the left, and the left standing wall 31 and the upper and lower supporting walls 35, 37 of the frame 27. It is supported by. The left vertical wall 31 and the upper and lower dual wall portions 35 and 37 of the frame 27 have first protrusions projecting inward from the substantially central portion in the height direction (the thickness direction of the sun visor body 1). A ridge portion 43 and a second ridge portion 45 similarly projecting from a portion separated from the first ridge portion 43 by the thickness dimension of the mirror member 11 toward the distal end side of the standing wall portions 31 and 35 are formed. The left edge and the upper and lower edges of the mirror member 11 are sandwiched between the first and second ridges 43 and 45 of the upright wall portions 31 and 35.
[0026]
The mirror cover 9 is disposed between the mirror member 11 and the flat portion 13a of the first member 13. The mirror cover 9 is formed of a cut piece that is cut when forming the opening 29 of the first member 13, and thus has a plate shape having substantially the same shape as the opening 29 of the first member 13. That is, the mirror cover 9 can be obtained by removing the portion corresponding to the opening 29 of the first member 13 after removing the sun visor main body 1 including the first member 13 and the second member 15 from the molding die. .
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the mirror cover 9 is disposed such that both upper and lower edges are located between the second ridge 45 and the bezel 41, and the second ridge is provided. The interval between the portion 45 and the bezel portion 41 is set slightly larger than the thickness of the mirror cover 9 so that the mirror cover 9 can slide. A through hole 33a is formed in the right side wall 33 of the vehicle body of the frame 27 from the vicinity of the upper end to the vicinity of the lower end thereof, and the mirror cover 9 slides in the vehicle width direction by passing through the through hole 33a. .
[0028]
An operation unit 49 for opening and closing operation is provided near the left end of the mirror cover 9. The operating portion 49 projects toward the opening 29 so as to have a vertically long oval cross section. When the mirror cover 9 is in the fully closed position covering the entire surface of the mirror member 11, the operation unit 49 is separated from the left edge of the bezel 41 by a predetermined distance to the right side. A gap 50 into which a finger can be inserted is formed between 49 and the left edge of the bezel portion 41. The fully closed position of the mirror cover 9 is determined when the left edge of the mirror cover 9 contacts the left standing wall 31 of the frame 27.
[0029]
When the mirror cover 9 at the fully closed position is slid to the right, the right side of the mirror cover 9 passes through the through hole 33a of the right standing wall portion 33 to the outside of the frame 27, as indicated by a virtual line in FIG. The mirror member 9 is moved to a fully open state that exposes substantially the entire surface of the mirror member 9. In this fully opened state, a gap 51 into which a finger can be inserted is formed between the operation part 49 of the mirror cover 9 and the right edge of the bezel part 41 as in the case of the fully closed state described above. . That is, near the right end in the closing direction of the mirror cover 9, the stopper portion 53 projecting substantially perpendicularly from the back surface of the mirror cover 9 into the hollow portion 21 is formed. As shown in FIG. 1, the stopper portion 53 is positioned substantially at the center in the vertical direction of the mirror cover 9, and is formed substantially in an I shape when viewed from the thickness direction of the sun visor body 1. On the other hand, the second member 15 is provided with a positioning portion 55 that comes into contact with the stopper portion 53 when the mirror cover 9 is at the fully opened position and holds the mirror cover 9 at the fully opened position. The positioning portion 55 is formed in a rectangular plate shape protruding from the inner surface of the second member 15 substantially perpendicularly into the hollow portion 21, and the position of the positioning portion 55 in the vehicle width direction allows the mirror cover 9 to be fully opened. Is set. The positioning member 55 is configured such that the gap 51 is formed between the operation part 49 of the mirror cover 9 and the right edge of the bezel part 41 when the mirror cover 9 is fully opened. 15 stands.
[0030]
When the degree of opening of the mirror cover 9 increases, most of the mirror cover 9 moves outward (to the right) of the frame 27, so that the mirror cover 9 is hardly supported by the frame 27 and becomes loose. There is a fear. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the right side of the mirror cover 9 is supported by the pair of ribs 59 provided on the second member 15 before the mirror cover 9 reaches the fully open position. Reference numeral 59 corresponds to the cover support of the present invention. The pair of ribs 59 are formed so as to project from the inner surface of the second member 15 to the inside of the hollow portion 21, and the right ends thereof are integrally connected to the base end side of the positioning portion 55. The height of the positioning portion 55 is formed higher than the height of the pair of ribs 59.
[0031]
The distal end surfaces of the stopper portions 53 are in sliding contact with the distal end surfaces of the ribs 59, 59 in the height direction. As a result, the mirror cover 9 slides in a state of being close to the inner surface of the flat portion 13a of the first member 13, and rattling is prevented. In other words, the height of the stopper portion 53 of the mirror cover 9 and the height of the ribs 59, 59 are set so that the mirror cover 9 can be slid along the plane portion 13a while sliding the two. . Further, the left ends of the ribs 59, 59 are formed to be lower toward the left side, so that when the mirror cover 9 is opened from the fully closed state, the distal end surface of the stopper portion 53 is smoothly moved to the rib 59. , 59 in the height direction.
[0032]
In the sun visor S configured as described above, when using the mirror member 11 in the light blocking state, the occupant inserts his / her finger into the gap 50 between the operation part 49 of the mirror cover 9 and the bezel part 41 to operate the mirror. By pressing 49 in the opening direction, the mirror cover 9 can be easily slid in the opening direction to expose the surface of the mirror member 11. At this time, when the opening degree of the mirror cover 9 becomes a predetermined opening degree, first, the stopper portion 53 of the mirror cover 9 slides on the distal end surfaces of the ribs 59, 59 of the second member 15, whereby the mirror cover 9 is moved. 9 is stably guided near the first member 13. Thereafter, when the slider 51 is slid until almost the entire surface of the mirror member 11 is exposed, that is, until a gap 51 is formed between the operation portion 49 of the mirror cover 11 and the right end of the bezel portion 41, the stopper portion 53 of the mirror cover 9 is moved. And the positioning portion 55 of the second member 15 abut against the mirror cover 9. Further, since the ribs 59, 59 are formed integrally with the positioning portion 55, the ribs 59, 59 and the stopper portion 53 are in contact even when the mirror cover 9 is at the fully open position, and thereby the mirror cover 9 Rattle is prevented.
[0033]
On the other hand, when the mirror cover 9 is closed, a finger is inserted into the gap 51 between the operation part 49 and the bezel part 41 and the operation part 49 is pushed in the closing direction, whereby the mirror cover 9 is easily slid in the closing direction. Can be closed. Further, since the opening 29 is relatively small corresponding to the mirror member 11 and the opening 29 is closed by the mirror cover 9 close to the flat portion 13a, the light shielding state is achieved. The appearance of the sun visor from the passenger compartment side is improved.
[0034]
Further, when the first and second members 13 and 15 are superimposed, the plane portion 13a of the first member 13 and the frame 27 of the second member 15 are joined. On the left and right sides in the vehicle width direction near the periphery of the opening 29 of the first member 13, left engagement claws 61, 61 and right engagement claws 63, 63 projecting into the hollow portion 21 are provided, respectively. On the other hand, holes 35a and 37a with which the left engagement claws 61 and 61 are engaged are formed in the upper standing wall portion 35 and the lower standing wall portion 37 of the frame 27, respectively. Holes 33b, 33b with which the right claw portions 63, 63 are engaged are formed near the upper and lower ends of 33, respectively. The holes 33b, 33b of the right standing wall 33 are formed so as to be continuous with the upper end and the lower end of the through hole 33a, respectively.
[0035]
Next, a manufacturing procedure of the sun visor S will be described. First, an injection mold (not shown) that can be integrally molded with the first member 13 and the second member 15 connected by the thin hinge 17 is prepared. This molding die is configured so that the mirror cover 9 having the operation portion 49 as described above in a portion corresponding to the opening 29 of the first member 13 can be integrally formed with the first member 13. After removing the first member 13 and the second member 15 formed by the molding die, the opening 27 is formed by cutting the first member 13 to a size corresponding to the outer edge of the bezel portion 41 of the frame body 27, The cut piece is used as the mirror cover 9. Accordingly, when forming the mirror cover 9, there is no need to prepare a separate molding die, so that the molding die cost is low and the mirror cover 9 can be obtained at the same time when the opening 29 is formed. The manufacturing cost of the sun visor S can be significantly reduced.
[0036]
When the first member 13 and the second member 15 are formed, the positioning portion 55 is formed integrally with the ribs 59, 59, so that a molding die is formed in comparison with a case where the positioning member 55 is formed separately. However, the positioning portion 55 and the ribs 59 can be easily formed without complicating the structure.
[0037]
Next, the mirror member 11 is inserted from the through hole 33 a of the right standing wall portion 33 of the second member 15 into the space between the first ridge 43 and the second ridge 45 in the frame 27, and the two ridges 43 are inserted. , 45. Similarly, the mirror cover 9 is inserted from the through hole 33 a of the right standing wall portion 33 to between the second ridge portion 45 and the bezel portion 41. After that, the first and second members 13 and 15 are bent around the thin hinge 17 to fit the bezel portion 41 into the opening 29, and the engaging claw 13c of the side wall portion 13b of the first member 13 and the second member 15 and the engagement claws 15c of the side wall portion 15b, and the left engagement claws 61, 61 and the right engagement claws 63, 63 of the first member 13 are connected to the holes 35a, 37a, 33a, 33a. As a result, the flat portion 13a around the opening 29 of the first member 13 is firmly fixed to the frame 27 of the second member 15 without being lifted from the frame 27 of the second member 15, so that the periphery of the opening 29 is Looks good. Further, since the bezel portion 41 is fitted into the opening 29, the processing trace at the time of forming the opening 29, that is, at the time of cutting out the portion to be the mirror cover 9 from the first member 13, is covered. The appearance of the periphery of the opening 29 can be improved without performing the removal work such as the above.
[0038]
As described above, according to the sun visor S according to this embodiment, the sun visor main body 1 includes the first and second members 13 and 15 halved in the thickness direction, and the first member 13 has a mirror. An opening 29 corresponding to the member 11 is formed, and a frame 27 including standing walls 31, 33, 35, 37 extending toward the opening 29 is integrally formed on the second member 15, and a mirror is formed on the frame 27. Since the member 11 and the mirror cover 9 are supported, it is not necessary to separately prepare a member for supporting each of the members 11 and 9, and the number of parts and the number of assembling steps can be reduced by that much, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Can be reduced.
[0039]
Further, the mirror cover 9 is disposed so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the sun visor body 1 between the flat portion 13a of the first member 13 and the mirror member 11, and the mirror cover 9 is opened when the mirror cover 9 is opened. Since the ribs 59 and 59 for guiding the mirror 9 along the plane portion 13a are provided integrally with the second member 15, the mirror cover 9 can be stably guided to a position close to the plane portion 13a. Since the opening 29 of the one member 13 is made relatively small corresponding to the shape of the mirror member 11, the appearance of the sun visor S in a light-shielded state from the passenger compartment side can be improved.
[0040]
In this embodiment, the first and second members 13 and 15 are connected to each other by the thin hinge 17 and integrally formed. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the two members 13 and 15 may be formed separately. .
[0041]
Further, in this embodiment, the positioning portion 55 for holding the mirror cover 9 at the fully open position is formed integrally with the second member 15. However, the positioning portion 55 is not limited to this, and is formed integrally with the first member 13. You may make it. In this case, a protruding portion that protrudes from the inner surface of the flat portion 13a is provided so as to come into contact with the right edge of the mirror cover 9 when the mirror cover 9 slides to the fully opened position. By doing so, since the mirror cover 9 is deflected toward the first member 13 in the hollow portion 21, the length of the protrusion of the protrusion can be relatively shortened, and therefore, the positioning portion (protrusion) When molding is performed, it is possible to prevent generation of sink marks on the outer surface of the flat portion 13a of the first member 13 corresponding to the positioning portion.
[0042]
Further, a skin material such as cloth may be integrally formed on the surface of the sun visor S, that is, the surface of the first and second members 13.15 when the first and second members 13, 15 are formed. In this case, a skin material is also attached to the surface of the mirror cover 9. This makes it possible to obtain the sun visor S that has a good feel and a good appearance. Further, the connection between the first member 13 and the second member 15 is not limited to the engagement claws 13c, 15c formed on the side walls 13b, 15b, but is connected to the flat portions 13a, 15a in the hollow portion 21. It may be made to engage with the engaging part formed by projecting to.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the sun visor with a mirror for a vehicle according to the first aspect of the present invention, the plate-shaped sun visor main body is divided into a first member which becomes a vehicle compartment side in a light-shielded state and a second member opposite to the first member, The first member and the second member are overlapped to form a hollow portion therein, and the first member has a rectangular opening substantially corresponding to a mirror member provided in the second member. A rectangular frame integrally formed by an upright wall extending toward the opening of the first member is provided on the second member, and the mirror member is supported by the frame. It is not necessary to separately set a member for holding, and it is possible to reduce the number of parts and the number of assembling steps of the sun visor by that amount, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. Further, a plate-shaped mirror cover is disposed in the frame so as to slide along the first member between an open state in which the surface is exposed on the front side of the mirror member and a closed state in which the surface is covered. When the mirror cover is opened, a cover supporting portion projecting into the hollow portion so that the second member side of the mirror cover slides when the mirror cover is opened is provided on the surface of the second member on the hollow portion side. The cover can be stably guided to a position close to the first member, and the appearance of the light-shielded sun visor from the passenger compartment side can be improved.
[0044]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the processing trace generated at the time of forming the opening of the first member can be covered with the bezel and the appearance can be improved without processing, the man-hour for manufacturing the sun visor can be reduced. .
[0045]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the mirror cover can be easily opened and closed by the operation unit, and the mirror cover at the fully open position can be easily closed.
[0046]
According to the invention of claim 4, the positioning portion can be easily formed integrally with the cover supporting projection.
[0047]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the positioning portion is integrally formed with the first member so as to contact the opening end of the mirror cover, the projection length of the positioning portion can be shortened. The generation of sink marks can be prevented.
[0048]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 6, since the mirror cover is made of the cut piece that is cut when forming the opening of the first member, it is not necessary to separately form the mirror cover, and the cost of the molding die is reduced. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the sun visor can be further reduced.
