Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.運転時に混合ガスが自由対流により通流する容器(4)に配された触媒系( 2)に、火炎閉じ込め装置(8)が付設されている、混合ガス中の水素の再結合 用の装置(1、1')。 2.火炎閉じ込め装置(8)が触媒系(2)の上流側に接続されている請求項1 に記載の装置(1、1')。 3.触媒系(2)の上流側に沈積トラップ(14)が接続されている請求項1ま たは2に記載の装置(1、1')。 4.沈積トラップ(14)が火炎閉じ込め装置(8)に組み込まれている請求項 3に記載の装置(1、1')。 5.沈積トラップ(14)が、容器(4)に流れ込んだ混合ガスによって冷却さ れている請求項3または4に記載の装置(1、1')。 6.容器(4)が、混合ガス用の排出口(28)の上部に配された容器上蓋(3 0)を備えている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1')。 7.火炎閉じ込め装置(8)が、混合ガスを流入させるために予め備えた、平均 の大きさが0.1mmより大きい流入口(12)を複数有する請求項1乃至6のい ずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1')。 8.流入口(12)がそれぞれ少なくとも0.2mm、高々3mm、好ましくは高 々2mmの平均の大きさを有する請求項7に記載の装置(1、1')。 9.触媒系(2)と火炎閉じ込め装置(8)により区画される容積が、火炎の長 さが高々0.3mとなるように火炎を制限している請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つ に記載の装置(1、1')。 10.火炎閉じ込め装置(8)の触媒系(2)との平均間隔が高々0.3mの値で ある請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1')。 11.触媒系(2)の下流側に粗粒子トラップ(20)が接続されている請求項 1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1')。 12.粗粒子トラップ(20)が、平均のギャップ幅が少なくとも0.1mm、好 ましくは少なくとも0.2mmで、高々1mmの貫通口(21)を複数有する請求 項11に記載の装置(1、1')。 13.容器(4)が絶縁ケース(32)を有する請求項1乃至12のいずれか1 つに記載の装置(1、1')。 14.触媒系(2)の下流側に、周囲の雰囲気を触媒系(2)より出た混合ガス に混合する混合区間(24)が接続されている請求項1乃至13のいずれか1つ に記載の装置(1、1')。 15.触媒系(2)の下流側に静止型の撹拌器(17)が接続されている請求項 1乃至14のいずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1')。 16.触媒系(2)が触媒活性物質としてプラチナ、および/あるいはパラジウ ムを有する請求項1乃至15のいずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1')。 17.触媒系(2)が複数のほぼ平板状の触媒体(3)を備え、かつ、それぞれ 隣接する二つの触媒体(3)が互いに、少なくとも0.8cm、高々3cmの平均間隔 をおいて配されている請求項1乃至16のいずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1' )。 18.反応面の形成時にそれぞれの触媒体(3)の両面に触媒物質が積層され、 かつ、各触媒体(3)の前面の反応面にも、また後面の反応面にも混合ガスが導 かれる請求項17に記載の装置(1、1')。 19.触媒体(3)が、良好な熱伝導性能を持つ共通のホルダー、特に挿入構造 体に保持されている請求項17または18に記載の装置(1、1')。 20.触媒系(2)が、混合ガス中に流れる水素の部分のみの酸化用として、好 ましくは、混合ガス中に流れる50%以下の水素の部分のみの酸化用として設定さ れている請求項1乃至19のいずれか1つに記載の装置(1、1')。 21.容器が、混合ガスの通流方向に、少なくとも0.4m、好ましくは少なくと も1mで、高々2mの長さを有する請求項1乃至20のいずれか1つに記載の装 置(1、1')。
