Abstract

A találmány tárgyát hajtóanyaggal működtetett, hajtóanyagkéntfluorozott szénhidrogéneket, előnyösen TG 134a-t és/vagy TG 227-ettartalmazó, mért adagolású inhalátorokhoz szolgáló, két vagy többhatóanyag olyan kombinációját tartalmazó gyógyszerkészítmény képezi,amelyben legalább egy hatóanyag társoldószer alkalmazásával oldottformában, legalább egy másik hatóanyag szuszpendált részecskékformájában van jelen. A társoldószer egy vagy több, gyógyszerészetilegelfogadható alkoholból, észterből, vízből vagy ezek elegyeiből áll, ésaz elfolyósított hajtóanyag mennyiségére vonatkoztatott 25 tömeg%-igterjedő koncentrációban van jelen. A készítmény tartalmaz még 100 ppm-ig terjedő mennyiségben egy vagy több savból és/vagy sóból állóstabilizátort, valamint zsíralkoholokból, zsírsavakból, zsírsav-észterekből, lecitinből, gliceridekből, poliszorbátokból,toxikológiailag elfogadható polimerekből és/ vagy blokkpolimerekbőlálló felületaktív anyagot vagy szuszpenziót stabilizáló szert.
