Claims (30)
1. Uporaba kompozicije kao aditiva za ubrzavanje očvršćivanja za mješavine građevinskih materijala koje sadrže cement, šljaku, pepeo, prah silicij dioksida, metakaolin, prirodne pocolane, kalcinirani uljni škriljac, kalcij sulfoaluminat cement i/ili kalcij aluminat cement, pri čemu se kompozicija može dobiti pomoću reakcije spoja kalcija koji je topiv u vodi sa silikatnim spojem topivim u vodi u prisutnosti vodene otopine koja sadrži polimer u obliku češlja topiv u vodi pogodan kao plastifikator za hidraulički vezujući aditiv.
2. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što su komponente korištene u sljedećim odnosima:
i) 0.01 do 75, poželjno 0.01 do 51, najpoželjnije 0.01 do 15 težinskih % spoja kalcija topivog u vodi,
ii) 0.01 do 75, poželjno 0.01 do 55, najpoželjnije 0.01 do 10 težinskih % silikatnog spoja topivog u vodi,
iii) 0.001 do 60, poželjno 0.1 do 30, najpoželjnije 0.1 do 10 težinskih % polimera u obliku češlja topivog u vodi,
iv) 24 do 99, poželjno 50 do 99, najpoželjnije 70 do 99 težinskih % vode.
3. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što vodena otopina također sadrži, pored iona silikata i kalcija, dodatne otopljene ione koji su poželjno pruženi u obliku otopljenih soli aluminija i/ili otopljenih soli magnezija.
4. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što je spoj kalcija topiv u vodi izabran od kalcij klorida, kalcij nitrata, kalcij formata, kalcij acetata, kalcij bikarbonata, kalcij bromida, kalcij karbonata, kalcij citrata, kalcij klorata, kalcij fluorida, kalcij glukonata, kalcij hidroksida, kalcij oksida, kalcij hipoklorita, kalcij jodata, kalcij jodida, kalcij laktata, kalcij nitrita, kalcij oksalata, kalcij fosfata, kalcij propionata, dikalcij silikata, kalcij stearata, kalcij sulfata, kalcij sulfat hemihidrata, kalcij sulfat dihidrata, kalcij sulfida, kalcij tartarata, kalcij aluminata, kalcij silikata i/ili dikalcij silikata.
5. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačena time što spoj kalcija topiv u vodi je izabran od kalcij klorida, kalcij acetata, kalcij formata, kalcij hidroksida i/ili kalcij nitrata.
6. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time da silikatni spoj topiv u vodi je izabran od natrij silikata, kalij silikata, natrij silikata, aluminij silikata, kalcij silikata, dikalcij silikata, dikalcij silikata, silicijeve kiseline, natrij metasilikata i/ili kalij metasilikata.
7. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačena time da je silikatni spoj topiv u vodi izabran od natrij metasilikata, kalij metasilikata i/ili natrij silikata.
8. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time da su u narednom koraku uklonjeni ioni alkalnih metala topivih u vodi iz kompozicije aditiva za ubrzavanje očvršćivanja sa kationskim izmjenjivačima i/ili nitratni topiv u vodi i/ili kloridni ioni su uklonjeni iz kompozicije aditiva za ubrzavanje očvršćivanja sa anionskim izmjenjivačima.
9. Uporaba kompozicije kao aditiva za ubrzavanje očvršćivanja za smjese građevinskog materijala koje sadrže cement, šljaku, leteći pepeo, silikatnu prašinu, metakaolin, prirodne pocolane, kalcinirani uljni škriljac, kalcij sulfoaluminat cement i/ili kalcij aluminat cement, gdje se kompozicija može dobiti reakcijom spoja kalcija, poželjno soli kalcija, najpoželjnije soli kalcija topive u vodi, sa komponentom koja sadrži silicij dioksid pod alkalnim uvjet ima i u prisustvu vodene otopine polimera u obliku češlja topivog u vodi pogodnog kao plastifikator za hidraulička veziva.
10. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačena time da je spoj kalcija kalcij hidroksid i/ili kalcij oksid.
11. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačeno time da spoj koje sadrži silicijum dioksid je izabran iz grupe od mikrosilika, pirogeni silicij dioksid, istaloženi silicij dioksid, šljaka iz visoke peći, i/ili kvarcni pijesak.
12. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačeno time da je pH-vrijednost veća od 9.
13. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 12, naznačeno time da je molarni odnos kalcija iz spoja kalcija prema siliciju iz komponente koja sadrži silicij dioksid od 0.6 do 2, poželjno 1.1 do 1.8.
14. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačeno time da je težinski odnos vode prema sumi spoja kalcija i komponente koja sadrži silicij dioksid od 0.2 do 50, poželjno 2 do 10, najpoželjnije 4 do 6.
15. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačeno time da je polimer u obliku češlja topiv u vodi prisutan kao kopolimer koji sadrži, na glavnom lancu, bočne lance sa etarskim funkcionalnim grupama i kiselim funkcionalnim grupama.
16. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15 naznačeno time da polimer u obliku češlja topiv u vodi je kopolimer koji je proizveden polimerizacijom slobodnih radikala u prisustvu monomera kiseline, poželjno monomera karboksilne kiseline, i polietar makromonomera, tako da zajedno najmanje 45 mol %, poželjno najmanje 80 mol %, svih strukturnih jedinica kopolimera su proizvedene inkorporacijom monomera kiseline, poželjno monomera karboksilne kiseline, i polietar makromonomera u obliku polimeriziranih jedinica.
17. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačena time da je strukturna jedinica proizvedena u kopolimeru inkorporacijom monomera kiseline u obliku polimeriziranih jedinica, pri čemu je strukturna jedinica u skladu sa jednom od općih formula (Ia), (Ib), (Ic) i/ili (Id)

18. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 16 ili 17, naznačena time da strukturna jedinica je proizvedena u kopolimeru inkorporacijom polietar makromonomera u obliku plimeriziranih jedinica, pri čemu strukturna jedinica je u skladu sa jednom od općih formula (IIa), (IIb) i/ili (IIc)

19. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 16 do 18, naznačeno time da je strukturna jedinica proizvedena u kopolimeru inkorporacijom polietar makromonomer u obliku polimeriziranih jedinica, pri čemu je strukturna jedinica u skladu sa općom formulom (IId) (IId)

20. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 19, poželjno izvedena na mjestu proizvodnje betona, naznačeno time da dobivena kompozicija aditiva za ubrzavanje očvršćivanja je korištena kao voda za pripremu.
21. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 20, naznačeno time da težinski odnos sume spoja kalcija topivog u vodi, silkatnog spoja topivog u vodi i polimer u obliku češlja pogodnog kao plastifikator za hidraulička veziva prema vodi, poželjno vodi za pripremu, je između 1/1000 i 1/10, poželjnije između 1/500 i 1/100.
22. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 17 do 21, naznačena time da polikondenzati sadrže
(I) najmanje jednu strukturnu jedinicu koja se sastoji od aromatičnog ili heteroaromatičnog dijela koji nosi polietar bočni lanac i
(II) najmanje jedne strukturne jedinice koja se sastoji od aromatičnog ili heteroaromatičnog dijela koji nosi najmanje jednu estarsku grupu fosforne kiseline i/ili njenu sol
su prisutni u vodenoj otopini koja sadrži polimer u obliku češlja topiv u vodi.
23. Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 22, naznačena time da su strukturne jedinice polikondenzata (I) i (II) predstavljene sljedećim općim formulama

Uporaba prema patentnom zahtjevu 28, naznačena time da polimer za poboljšanje viskoznosti je derivat polisaharida izabran iz grupe od metilceluloza, hidroksietilceluloza (HEC), hidroksipropilceluloza (HPC), metilhidroksietilceluloza (MHEC), metilhidroksipropilceluloza (MHPC) i/ili (ko)polimeri sa prosječnom molekulskom težinom Mw većom od 500.000 g/mol, poželjnije većom od 1.000.000 g/mol, pri čemu (ko)polimeri sadrže strukturne jedinice izvedene (poželjno polimerizacijom slobodnih radikala) iz neionskih (met)akrilamid monomer derivata izabranih iz grupe od akrilamid, poželjno akrilamid, metakrilamid, N-metilakrilamid, N-metilmetakrilamid, N,N-dimetilakrilamid, N-etilakrilamid, N,N-dietilakrilamid, N-cikloheksilakrilamid, N-benzilakrilamid, N,N-dimetil-aminopropilakrilamid, N,N-dimetilaminoetilakrilamid i/ili N-terc-butilakrilamid i/ili monomer derivata sulfonske kiseline je izabran iz grupe od 2-akrilamido-2-metilpropansulfonska kiselina, 2-metakrilamido-2-metilpropansulfonska kiselina, 2-akrilamidobutansulfonska kiselina, i/ili 2-akrilamido-2,4,4-trimetilpentansulfonska kiselina ili soli navedenih kiselina.
30. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 29, naznačena time da kompozicija aditiva za ubrzavanje očvršćivanja je osušena u narednom koraku procesa, poželjno procesom sušenja sprejem.
