Abstract

273,514. Widmer, H. A. Aug. 11, 1926. Nib-sections, nibs, and feed-bars for reservoir pens.-Relates to fountain pens of the type in which the nib 1 and feed-bar 2 are inserted into a tube 3 screwing into the open end of the barrel, in order to facilitate removal for cleaning purposes. The nib and feed-lac are provided with studs 7 adapted to engage in slots in the ends of the tube 3, and the nib end of the tube is split and flared to enable it to be compressed on to the nib and feed-lac when screwed into the barrel.
