Reservoir pens.-in a self-filling reservoir pen of the type Having a piston 4 sliding in the barrel and connected to a sleeve 6 sliding on the outside of the barrel, the piston 4 is made hollow to serve as a receptacle for small articles and is closed at the open end by a removable plug 10. The piston 4 and sleeve 6 are formed integral.
