Abstract

234,362. DÚri, L., and Balazs, A. Oct. 1924. Reservoir pens.-A fountain pen is provided with a chamber for solid ink, communicating with the conduit to the nib for the liquid in the container, formed as a branch or pocket of, and connected in parallel with the feed-conduit. The conduit 10 is formed in a plug 9 mounted in the nib-section 8, and is provided with a chamber 12 for solid ink, closed at its rear end and communicating with the conduit 10 through apertures 13 or a slot. The chamber 12 may be closed at the front end by a removable stopper. In a modification, the feed-conduit and the ink-chamber are formed in the ink-section, the plug 9 being dispensed with.
