Abstract

1318173 Clocks and watches SUWA SEIKOSHA K K 19 April 1971 [10 March 1970] 22595/71 Heading G3T A caseband 14 of a timepiece case assembly has a flange portion 13 defining a groove in which a bezel 12 is located and a surface which abuts a packing element 16 located between the caseband 14, a ring 15 and a glass 10. The surface lies in a plane more remote from the plane of the glass 10 than the plane of that part of the caseband which lies nearest the plane of the glass. A further embodiment, Fig.6 (not shown) has the packing element (16) located in a space defined by the flange portion (13) and a groove (18) formed in the ring (15), and has the glass (10) fitting on to the ring.
