Abstract

The present invention relates to a food packaging (100) of envelope or bag type, in particular for the momentary preservation of at least one food product, which comprises two sheets (10, 10 ') of substantially the same dimensions assembled together according to their side lower (10a, 10a ') and their respective lateral sides (10b, 10c; 10b', 10c ') to form a container (20) having an opening (21) on the upper edge (100d) of said package (100) for introducing said at least one product, said two sheets (10, 10 ') being joined to each other so as to form at least one racking zone (30), structurally independent of said container (20), on at least l one of the lower corners of said package (100), referred to as the stitching corner (100a), wherein said at least one stitching area (30) comprises: a perforation (31) configured for racking said package ( 100) on a suspension rod in order to suspend end thereof, and breaking means (32) configured for, when said package (100) is suspended on said suspension rod, providing physical separation between said container (20) and said suspension rod by pulling on said at least one corner (100b) opposite said at least one racking corner (100a).

Description

ENVELOPE OR BAG PACKAGE

Technical field and prior art

The present invention relates to the field of packaging of the envelope or sachet type, for example for the packaging and provisional preservation of food products of the meat, cold cuts, fish or even cheese type.

The present invention relates in particular to a simple and practical food packaging solution that meets hygiene and safety standards and the constraints of space for tradesmen on their stalls and / or their work plan.

The present invention will find an advantageous application in the field of food, and more specifically in the fresh shelves of large retailers or in craftsmen-traders of the catering trades such as for example butchers, pork butchers, fishmongers or else the cheese makers.

Other advantageous applications could also be envisaged such as for example in the medical or pharmaceutical field for the transport of certain products, samples or substances.

Food packaging is known in the prior art, such as for example the packaging proposed in document FR 2 921 049.

Such packaging is particularly appreciated by its users and in particular by the craftsmen mentioned above: it makes it possible to temporarily store a food product in good conditions.

The Applicant observes, however, that before being used, the packages are placed waiting on the craftsman's shelf, stacked on top of each other.

Such a layout on the shelf is now necessary for reasons of convenience: it is important to have the packaging in direct proximity to the work surface so that the user can place the product directly in the packaging without having to move. On the other hand, placing a stack of packaging on the shelf is cumbersome for the user who generally has little room to work.

The Applicant further observes that the display is not always perfectly clean: cutting a meat or a fish can cause splashes which can soil the packaging left waiting on the display; in this case, soiled packaging must necessarily be discarded, particularly for obvious hygienic reasons.

Likewise, the presence of water on the shelf can damage the packaging, which must again be discarded.

It is therefore understood that the presence of these packages on the shelf is not desirable both for reasons of space and for reasons of hygiene.

The Applicant considers that, to date, there is no satisfactory solution in this field making it possible to provide food packaging in a simple and practical manner, the design of which makes it possible to meet health and safety standards while meeting the user space constraints.

Summary and object of the present invention

The present invention aims to improve the situation described above.

One of the objectives of the present invention is to remedy the various drawbacks mentioned above by proposing a new food packaging of the envelope or sachet type, in particular for the temporary storage of at least one food product.

The object of the present invention relates more particularly to a food packaging comprising two sheets, preferably of substantially the same dimensions, joined together together according to their lower side and their respective lateral sides to form a container having an opening on the upper edge of the packaging for the introduction of the product or products inside said container.

Preferably, it will be noted here that the sheets are assembled together by welding or by gluing.

Preferably, at least one of the sheets is at least partially made of paper.

In this case, it will be understood that the assembly of the two sheets at least partially made of paper is preferably done by gluing (and not by welding).

Preferably, at least one of the two sheets is waterproof.

According to the invention, the two sheets are assembled together so as to form at least one racking area.

This racking area is structurally independent of the container.

According to the invention, the racking area is located on one of the lower corners of the packaging; the latter is called a racking corner.

According to the invention, each racking zone comprises a perforation for racking the packaging onto a hanging rod in order to suspend the latter.

Each racking zone also includes breaking means.

Preferably, the rupture means are configured to, when the packaging is suspended on the suspension rod, ensure physical separation between the container and the suspension rod by pulling on the corner opposite to the racking corner.

The presence of this perforation on the racking area allows the packaging to be suspended on the suspension rod: it is thus possible to pass the suspension rod through this perforation to plug in the packaging and suspend it, for example at height d 'man.

It is understood here that this perforation rod can be fixed to an upright adjacent to the slack as such. Other configurations could obviously be envisaged by the skilled person in the context of the present invention to ensure the direct provision of the packaging close to the user.

The rupture means will facilitate the recovery of the packaging suspended on the suspension rod. You just have to pull on the corner opposite the racking corner to get the packaging.

By exerting a pulling force greater than a predetermined threshold corresponding to a breaking force, the breaking means will break and then provide physical separation between the container and the suspension rod.

Thus, thanks to this combination of technical means, characteristic of the present invention, the packaging is in the immediate vicinity of the user without however remaining on the shelf of the latter.

The suspended packaging can no longer be soiled by any projection as is currently the case with a stack of packaging on the shelf of the artisan-trader; this also makes it possible to meet hygiene standards.

When the user needs to retrieve the packaging to place a food product in the container, they only need to pull the corner opposite the racking corner.

The simple act of pulling on the packaging with a sufficient pulling force makes it possible to recover it thanks to the presence of the breaking means provided in the context of the present invention.

In a first alternative embodiment, the rupture means comprise a first precut.

Preferably, the first precut is made substantially at least partially along the border between the racking area and the container.

It is understood here that this precut provides a mechanical connection between the racking area and the container as such.

Thus, when the user pulls the corner opposite to the racking area according to a pulling force greater than a predetermined breaking force, the precut which provides the mechanical connection between the broaching area and the container is broken, which allows a physical separation between the two elements which are structurally independent from each other.

In this variant, it is understood that, after drawing and breaking the precut, the racking area remains on the suspension rod and the container as such remains in the hand of the user.

In a second alternative embodiment, the rupture means comprise a notch or a second precut at each perforation.

Such a notch or such a second precut at the perforation makes it possible to facilitate the detachment of the packaging when the latter is suspended on the suspension rod.

By pulling on the corner (s) opposite to the racking-in corner (s), the rod is introduced into the notch or the precut, which facilitates the detachment of the packaging by compared to the suspension rod.

In this variant, the user collects all the packaging when he pulls enough on the corner opposite the racking corner. Here, the packaging is slightly degraded at the racking area. This sacrificial area being structurally independent of the container, this degradation is not problematic: the container remains intact and hermetic.

In an advantageous embodiment, provision is made to design a package having a racking zone on one of the lower corners.

In this mode, provision can be made for the notch or the second precut to extend from the perforation towards the racking corner.

In another advantageous embodiment, provision is made to design a package having two racking zones.

In this mode, it can then be provided that each notch or each second precut extends from the perforation towards the lower edge of the packaging, preferably perpendicular thereto in order to follow the direction of printing.

These two modes take into account the user's sense of printing. It is indeed desirable that the second pre-cut or notch follow the direction of the draw.

Advantageously, the packaging according to the present invention comprises adhesive closure means arranged at the opening to ensure a hermetic closure of the container when the opening is closed.

It is understood that the present invention, by the functional and structural technical characteristics described above, makes it possible to respond to the various problems raised in the preamble by proposing a food packaging that is simple and practical to use which meets the various health and safety standards. while remaining in the immediate vicinity of the user.

Detailed description for various advantageous examples of implementation

A food packaging according to different exemplary embodiments will now be described in what follows with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

Designing food packaging that meets space constraints relating to the work plan as well as health and safety standards related to food products is one of the objectives of the present invention.

This is made possible by a package 100 such as that described below.

In each of the examples described here and illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, there is a food packaging 100 of envelope or sachet type for the temporary storage of at least one food product.

In order to facilitate manufacture and limit costs, such packaging 100 according to the invention has a conventional basic design.

In these examples, the packaging has a design substantially identical to that proposed in document FR 2 921 049.

Thus, as shown in each of the figures, the packaging 100 according to the present invention comprising two sheets 10 and 10 '(for example made of waterproof paper) which are substantially of the same dimensions and which are joined together by gluing along their underside 10a and 10a 'and their respective lateral sides 10b-10b' and 10c-10c 'to form a container 20 having an opening 21 on the upper edge 100d of the package 100.

A collage is provided here (for example when the sheets are made of paper).

Obviously, it will be understood that a person skilled in the art will be able to provide other assembly methods such as for example a weld to assemble the sheets.

In these examples, the opening 21 on the upper edge 100d is configured for the introduction of one or more food products inside the container 20.

In the examples described here, the two sheets 10 and 10 ’are assembled together so as to form at least one racking area 30.

This racking area 30 which is structurally independent of the container 20 is characteristic of the present invention. We do not find such a zone in current designs such as for example in the document FR 2 921 049.

As illustrated in the various exemplary embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 4, this racking-in zone 30 is produced on at least one of the lower corners of the packaging 100; these corners are called racking corners 100a.

In the examples of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the racking-in area (s) 30 are produced by assembling the sheets 10 and 10 ’between them.

In the example of FIG. 4, the sheets 10 and 10 ′ are joined together edge to edge and the racking-in area 30 is obtained by welding or additional bonding 30 of the sheets 10-10 ′ which structurally separate the area racking 30 of the container 20.

It will also be noted that, in the exemplary embodiments described in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4, the packaging 100 comprises a racking-in area 100a while, in the exemplary embodiment of FIG. 3, the packaging 100 comprises two racking-in areas 100a.

In each of these examples, it will be noted that each racking-in zone 30 includes a perforation 31 allowing the passage of a suspension rod (not shown here) in order to hook up the packaging 100 to suspend the latter.

The user who prepares his display, for example at the start of the day before the opening of his business, can therefore grab a stack of packages 100 and introduce the suspension rod (s) through the perforations 31 of each package 100.

This allows him to suspend the packaging 100 on the rod (s) in order to put them in height at hand to prevent those from remaining on the shelf or the work surface.

It will be understood here that the suspension rod (s) are solidly fixed, substantially at breast height, on an amount which may or may not be part of the slack.

In the embodiment of FIG. 3, it will therefore be desirable to have two rods for racking in the packages through the two perforations 31. In the examples of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4, only one rod is necessary for suspension of packaging 100.

Advantageously, in each of the examples described here and illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, rupture means 32 are provided.

In each of these examples, the rupture means 32 are configured to, when the packaging 100 is suspended on the suspension rod (s), ensure physical separation between the container 20 and the suspension rod (s).

In the examples described here, the user, by pulling on the corner (s) 100b opposite (s) to the racking corner (s) 100a according to a pulling force greater than a predetermined breaking force , collect container 20 in his hands.

In the example of FIG. 1, there is a single racking area 30. This area 31 therefore has a perforation 21 allowing the passage of a rod for hanging the packaging 100.

In this example, the rupture means 32 are formed by a first precut 32a. More particularly, in this example, the first precut 32a is made at least partially along the border between the racking-in area 30 and the container 20.

In this example, it suffices for the user to grasp the opposite corner 100b from the pinout corner 100a and to pull on the latter sufficiently strong (that is to say according to a pulling force greater than a predetermined breaking force ) so that the precut 32a breaks and separates the container 20 from the racking-in area 30. It will be noted here that in this example the racking-up area 30 of the packaging 100 remains on the suspension rod.

In the example of FIG. 2, we find the same design as in the previous example with the exception of the first precut 32a which is replaced by rupture elements at the perforation 31.

More specifically, in this example, the rupture elements consist of a second precut 32b which extends from the perforation 31 in the direction of the racking corner 100a.

In this example, the precut 32b does not reach the plug-in corner 100a. It is understood, however, that a variant design can be provided in which the precut 32b connects the perforation 31 and the racking-in corner 100a.

In either case, the user will grasp here the corner 100b opposite the plug-in corner 100a and, by exerting a sufficient pulling force, will break the precut 32b, which will cause the detachment of the 100 packaging of the hanging rod.

Alternatively, the precut 32b can be replaced by a notch (not shown here).

In the exemplary embodiment of FIG. 3, this is a design variant in which the packaging has two racking zones 30.

In this example, provision is therefore made to hook the package 100 onto two hanging rods. We understand here that this design variant implies a change in the print.

Unlike the examples of Figures 1 and 2, it is desirable here for the user to grasp the upper edge 100d of the package which is turned downwards when the package is suspended on the two hanging rods.

In this example, two precuts 32b are therefore provided which each extend their respective perforation 31 in the direction of the lower edge 100c of said package 100, opposite to the upper edge 100d.

In this example, we can alternatively replace the precuts 32b with indentations.

Thanks to the various technical characteristics described above, and in particular thanks to the addition of a perforation 31 for racking in the packaging 100 combined with rupture means 32, the user has a packaging 100 of which the Simple industrial design allows the packaging 100 to be suspended at breast height on a hanging rod and to easily recover the packaging by pulling on it.

This new design, which comes to perfect current designs, makes it possible to meet the different expectations of artisans in the food trades such as butchers, pork butchers, fishmongers or even cheese makers.

It should be observed that this detailed description relates to various particular embodiments of the present invention, but that in no case this description is not in any way limiting on the subject of the invention; on the contrary, its objective is to remove any possible inaccuracy or any misinterpretation of the claims which follow.

It should also be observed that the reference signs put in brackets in the claims which follow are in no way limiting; the sole purpose of these signs is to improve the intelligibility and understanding of the following claims and the scope of the protection sought.

Claims (10)

1. Food packaging (100) of envelope or sachet type, in particular for the temporary storage of at least one food product, which comprises two sheets (10, 10 ′) of substantially the same dimensions joined together together along their lower side (10a , 10a ') and their lateral sides (10b, 10c; 10b', 10c ') respectively to form a container (20) having an opening (21) on the upper edge (100d) of said package (100) for the introduction of said at least one product, said two sheets (10, 10 ') being assembled together so as to form at least one racking area (30), structurally independent of said container (20), on at least one of the lower corners of said package (100), called the racking corner (100a), wherein said at least one racking area (30) comprises: a) a perforation (31) configured for racking said packaging (100) on a suspension rod in order to suspend the latter, and b) rupture means (32) configured to, when said packaging (100) is suspended on said suspension rod, ensuring physical separation between said container (20) and said suspension rod by pulling said at least one corner ( 100b) opposite said at least one racking-in corner (100a). 2. Package (100) according to claim 1, wherein the rupture means (32) are formed by a first precut (32a). 3. Packaging (100) according to claim 2, wherein the first precut (32a) is made at least partially along the border between said at least one racking area (30) and said container (20). 4. Packaging (100) according to claim 1, wherein the rupture means (32) comprise a notch or a second precut (32b) at each perforation (31). 5. Package (100) according to claim 4 comprising a racking area (30), wherein said notch or said second pre-cut (32b) extends from said perforation (31) towards said racking corner (100a) associated with said racking area (30). 6. Package (100) according to claim 4 comprising two racking areas (30), 5 in which each notch or each second precut (32b) extends from said perforation (31) towards the lower edge (100c) of said package (100). 7. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, which comprises adhesive closure means (40) arranged at the opening (21) to ensure a hermetic closure of said container (20). 8. Packaging (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said sheets (10, 10 ’) are joined together by welding or by gluing. 15 9. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one of the two sheets (10, 10 ’) is waterproof. 10. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which at least one of the two sheets (10, 10 ’) is at least partially made of paper.
