Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de cuerdecillas metálicas de capas, en particular para el empleo específico como elementos de refuerzo en estructuras elastómeras, constituidas por un ánima central y al menos una capa de corona, pudiendo los elementos constituyentes de la cuerdecilla, definidos genéricamente como hilos, ser indistintamente hilos metálicos individuales y/o cordones, siendo cada hilo de cada capa de corona enrollados helicoidalmente y paralelos entre sí alrededor de las capas radialmente más internas y del ánima central, procedimiento que se ejecuta empezando por predisponer la alimentación de un primer grupo de hilo que constituyen la porción de cuerdecilla que ha de ser envuelta con una capa de corona, y la alimentación de un segundo grupo de hilos aptos para constituir esta capa de corona.
