Abstract
1.Colector de gases en motores de combustión para la conducción de las gases de escape entre el bloque del motor y el tubo de escape con conductos formados por semivainas de chapa, que se sueldan entre sí en su plano de separación común, caracterizado por el hecho de que la totalidad del colector de gases se compone de dos semivainas (5, 6) por el hecho de que las semivainas (5, 6) forman entre las zonas de los conductos tubulares uno o varios tabiques (13) planos, soldados entre sí, adyacentes al plano de separación (7) y que apoyan mutuamente en el plano de separación por el hecho de que cada semivaina (5, 6) que forman los conductos se prevé entre las dos chapas de acero (23, 24) una capa aislante (25) delgada de un material compacto y resistente al calor. 2.Colector de gases, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de cada una de las semivainas (5, 6) comprende, al menos, dos codos tubulares (1, 2) que unen entre sí los orificios de escape de dos cilindros. 3.Colector de gases, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que en cada codo tubular de unión (14, 15), cuyo extremo libre está unido a un elemento de brida (16) para la unión del tubo de escape (21, 22). 4.Colector de gases, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, para un motor de cuatro cilindros en línea caracterizado por el hecho de que un primer codo tubular (1), que une entre sí el primero y el cuarto cilindro, rodea concéntricamente a un segundo codo tubular (2) que une entre sí el segundo y el tercer cilindro y por el hecho de que los tubos de unión (14, 15) de los dos codos tubulares (1, 2) poseen un elemento de brida común (16). 5.Colector de gases, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que la chapa (24) interior de cada semivaina (5, 6) es de acero aleado, mientras que la exterior (23) es de acero no aleado.
