Claims (14)
- Abgassammler für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Abgassammelwanne (1), einem motorseitigen Befestigungsflansch (2), der mehrere Zylinderauslässe umschließt, und einem einen Auslaßflansch (3) umfassenden Auslaßstutzen (15),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgassammelwanne (1) und der motorseitige Befestigungsflansch (2) ein integrales Blechteil bilden, wobei der motorseitige Befestigungsflansch (2) einstückig mit der Abgassammelwanne (1) ausgebildet und an deren Rand durch Umformen des Blechs hergestellt ist und wobei zur dichtenden Anlage des motorseitigen Befestigungsflansches (2) an dem Zylinderkopf eine Dichtkante (10) in den motorseitigen Befestigungsflansch (2) angeformt ist. - Abgassammler nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der motorseitige Befestigungsflansch (2) einen umlaufenden aufgestellten Bordbereich (5) aufweist. - Abgassammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine umlaufende Losflanschplatte (9) auf den motorseitigen Befestigungsflansch (2) auf dessen dem Zylinderkopf abgewandten Seite aufgesetzt ist. - Abgassammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine geteilte Losflanschplatte auf den motorseitigen Befestigungsflansch (2) auf dessen dem Zylinderkopf abgewandten Seite aufgesetzt ist. - Abgassammler nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Losflanschplatte (9) 5 mm bis 10 mm, vorzugsweise 8 mm Wandstärke aufweist. - Abgassammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgassammelwanne (1) eine Wandstärke von 1,8 mm bis 2,5 mm, vorzugsweise 2 mm aufweist. - Abgassammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgassammelwanne (1) aus einem Mehrlagenblech, beispielsweise einem Sandwich-Blech aus zwei Lagen Blech und einer dazwischen angeordneten Flies-Lage besteht. - Abgassammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgassammelwanne (1) einen im wesentlichen konstanten Querschnitt über ihre Längserstreckung aufweist. - Abgassammler nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgassammelwanne (1) einen sich in Richtung auf den Auslaß erweiternden Querschnitt aufweist. - Abgassammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslaßflansch (3) in Richtung der Längserstreckung des Abgassammlers (1) an einem Ende angeordnet ist. - Abgassammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Brennkraftmaschinen mit Abgasrückführung (=AGR) der AGR-Kanal von der Abgassammelwanne (1) umschlossen ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Abgassammlers, bestehend aus folgenden Schritten:Tiefziehen eines ursprünglich ebenen Blechs, wodurch eine Wanne mit daran angeformtem umlaufendem motorseitigen Befestigungsflansch mit daran angeformter Dichtkante und einem Rohransatz gebildet wird;Ausstanzen oder Zuschneiden der Flanschkontur und Öffnen des Rohransatzes;Anschweißen eines Auslaßrohrflansches an den geöffneten Rohransatz der Abgassammelwanne.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Abgassammlers nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Verfahrensschritt des Tiefziehens zusätzlich ein umlaufender aufgestellter Bordbereich am motorseitigen Befestigungsflansch gebildet wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Abgassammlers, bestehend aus folgenden Schritten:Tiefziehen eines ebenen Blechs, wodurch eine Wanne mit umlaufendem motorseitigen Befestigungsflansch mit daran angeformter Dichtkante und einem Rohransatz gebildet wird;Ausstanzen oder Zuschneiden der Flanschkontur und Öffnen des Rohransatzes;Herstellung einer umlaufenden oder geteilten Losflanschplatte;Auflegen der Losflanschplatte auf den Befestigungsflansch auf dessen dem Zylinderkopf abgewandten Seite;Anschweißen eines Auslaßrohrflansches an den Rohransatz des Abgassammlers.
