  • the invention relates to an identification device for marking a vessel formed as a bottle with a bottle neck with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • an identification device which is composed of several elements, in which the individualization of the vessel is carried out by individually assembling different elements.
  • Out EP 0 865 015 A1 is an identification device for bottles with a flat attachment element without sealing function known which can be fixed to the respective bottle by attaching clamping arms on an outer edge of the bottle neck of the vessel, wherein the flat attachment element can be positioned over the bottle opening. Another functionality of the attachment element is not disclosed.
  • the marking device according to the invention for marking a vessel for drinking liquids thus has, inter alia, at least one base carrier designed for placement on the vessel and an attachment element having a fastening device designed as a closure for a vessel opening, wherein the fastening device is designed such that the attachment element in a first Position with the vessel and in a second position with the base support form-fitting and / or non-positively releasably connectable.
  • the marking device allows the user of the vessel in addition to a variety of ways to individually mark the vessel additionally a double positioning of the Aufsetziatas on Vessel and the base plate.
  • the user is advantageously the closure of the vessel, a simple recognition of his vessel and a simple and practical, not disturbing when using the vessel handling of the marking device allows.
  • the attachment element may additionally be designed as a handle, ring or the like, whereby a particularly simple and practical handling, carrying or conveying the vessel is made possible via the attachment element.
  • the fastening device is designed to allow both attachment of the attachment element to the base support and attachment of the attachment element to the vessel.
  • the first position is understood to mean a closure position in which the attachment element or the attachment device on the attachment element is in direct contact with the vessel and closes its outlet opening.
  • the attachment element or the attachment device is in direct contact with the base carrier.
  • This position allows the user of the vessel in an advantageous manner to drink from the open vessel, without being hindered by the attachment element - for example, by holding in the hand of the attachment element while drinking.
  • An accidental loss of the attachment element is due to the releasable connectivity of the attachment element
  • connection between the attachment element and the base support is configured such that in this second position, particularly in the case of vessels parked on tables or window sills, a particularly good visibility of the attachment element is made possible.
  • the marking device according to the invention is intended for bottles in the form of bottles.
  • uniformly shaped bottles such as beer or soda bottles, are suitable for the use of the marking device according to the invention.
  • the base carrier has two functions. First, it serves as a carrier for the attachment element. For this purpose, it is designed in such a way that the attachment element can be connected and disconnected from it particularly easily and quickly. On the other hand, the base carrier must be arrangeable on the vessel. In this context, the arranging means fixing, fixing or positioning on the vessel. Arranging can be done via a positive and / or non-positive connection.

  • the combined attachment of a plug-in device and clamp arms allows a particularly strong connection between the vessel and the attachment element in the first position, thereby providing e.g. is possible to prevent outgassing of carbon dioxide from the carbonated liquid in the vessel or to carry the filled vessel on the attachment element.
  • the fastening device has at least two pairs of clamping arms, i. at least four clamping arms are provided, two clamping arms being located opposite each other and being designed such that they clamp the attachment element in the first position on the vessel and in the second position clamp the attachment element to the base carrier and position relative thereto.
  • positioning is to be understood as an additional restriction of the relative movement between attachment element and base carrier possible after clamping.
  • the clamping arms are aligned such that a pair of clamping arms clamps the attachment element to the base support.
  • the second pair of clamping arms can be formed, for example, for the formation of a defined distance of the attachment element to the base support.
  • both pairs of clamping arms are designed such that they reach over the edge of the vessel and the vessel is clamped between the clamping arms.
  • the marking device is characterized by a locking element formed on the clamping arms for latching the clamping arms on the vessel and / or on the base carrier.
  • a latching element can be understood as meaning both a simple notch, a so-called support notch, via which a simple engagement of the clamping arms on the base carrier and / or vessel is made possible.
  • the locking element may have a plurality of individual notches, so that different latching positions of the attachment element on the vessel and / or the base support are possible.

  • the sealing element is advantageously arranged on the attachment element in such a way that in the first position it bears against an edge, a surface or an edge of a vessel opening or engages in the vessel opening, so that a secure sealing of the vessel opening is made possible.
  • the sealing element preferably has a raised annular sealing lip for direct contact with the vessel opening. This increase in O-ring form of about 0.1 to 0.3 mm closes at pressure exactly with the opening edge of the glass bottle. It is further preferably provided that the sealing element is releasably connected by a clip with the attachment element. As a result, the assembly of the sealing element is simplified on the attachment element, in addition, a later replacement of the sealing element is also possible in principle.

Also, an optional additional fixation of the rubber ring, e.g. take place by a lower inner diameter of the rubber ring relative to the indentation or relative to the round clamping element.
  • the attachment element is fastened in the first position by the rubber ring engaging in the vessel opening.
  • the rubber ring with clamping element may have a relation to the inner diameter of the vessel opening slightly larger outer diameter.
