Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Polieren von optischen Linsen, umfassend einen Linsenträger (4), Mittel zum Positionieren des Linsenträgers (4) und ein Mittel zum Drehen des Linsenträgers (4) um eine Achse, umfassend ein Werkzeug (2) zum Polieren, einen Werkzeugträger (3), Mittel zum Positionieren des Werkzeugträgers (3) und ein Mittel zum Drehen des Werkzeugträgers (3) um eine Achse, wobei die Vorrichtung außerdem ein Kugelgelenk (11) umfasst, das zwischen einer Welle (9), die fest mit dem Werkzeugträger (3) verbunden ist, und den Mitteln zum Positionieren des Werkzeugträgers (3) oder zwischen einer Welle, die fest mit dem Linsenträger (4) verbunden ist, und den Mitteln zum Positionieren des Linsenträgers (4) angeordnet ist, um eine sphärische Verschiebung des Werkzeugs (2) bzw. der Linse (5) zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugträger (3) mit einem Mittel zum Nachweis (20) des Drucks ausgestattet ist, der vom Werkzeug (2) auf die Linse (5) ausgeübt wird, und einer Regulierungsschleife zwischen dem Nachweismittel (20) und den Mitteln zum Positionieren, um eine Steuerung des Drucks auf allen definierten Bereichen der Linse zu ermöglichen.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend ein Kugelgelenk, das zwischen einer Welle (9), die mit dem Werkzeugträger (3) fest verbunden ist, und den Mitteln zum Positionieren des Werkzeugträgers (3) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend ein Kugelgelenk, das zwischen einer Welle, die mit dem Linsenträger (4) fest verbunden ist, und den Mitteln zum Positionieren des Linsenträgers (4) angeordnet ist, um eine sphärische Verschiebung der Linse (5) zu ermöglichen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mittel zum Positionieren des Werkzeugträgers bzw. des Linsenträgers eine Stützwelle (10) umfassen, die in Rotation um ihre Achse beweglich ist, wobei die Stützwelle (10) an ihrem Ende das Kugelgelenk (11) umfasst, und ein exzentrischer Kasten (15), der mit der Stützwelle (10) fest verbunden ist, wobei der exzentrische Kasten (15) ein Mittel zum Führen (14) der artikulierten Achse umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Mittel zum Führen konfiguriert und ausgelegt ist, um eine Hin- und Herbewegung zwischen einer Position nahe der Drehachse der Stützwelle (10) und einer Position entfernt von der Achse durchzuführen.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Werkzeug (2) auf dem Werkzeugträger (3) mit Hilfe eines elastischen Mittels (17) fixiert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das elastische Mittel entworfen und ausgelegt ist, um das Werkzeug in Drehung zu versetzen.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, umfassend eine Werkzeugstütze (19), die auf dem Werkzeugträger mit Hilfe des elastischen Mittels (17) fixiert ist, und das Werkzeug auf der Werkzeugstütze (19) mit Hilfe eines verformbaren Stücks (22) fixiert ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 8, wobei das elastische Mittel eine elastische, vorzugsweise flache Membran (17) ist.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, wobei der Werkzeugträger (3) einen dichten Raum (23), der Gas enthält, benachbart dem elastischen Mittel (17), umfasst, so dass eine Kraft, die auf das elastische Mittel (17) angewendet wird, eine Variation des Volumens des Raums (23) erzeugt.
  11. Verfahren zum Polieren von optischen Linsen unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Polieren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Werkzeug (2) eine Bahn in Form einer kreisförmigen Sinuskurve beschreibt.
  12. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei eine vollständige Umdrehung nicht einer ganzen Zahl von Zeiträumen der Bahn entspricht so dass die Kontaktpunkte zwischen dem Werkzeug (2) und der Linse (5) zwischen zwei aufeinander folgenden Umdrehungen nicht identisch sind.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Linse (5) Bereiche mit verschiedenen Krümmungsradien umfasst, um eine Verwendung in Gläsern mit progressiver Vision zu ermöglichen, und die Kombination der Einstellungen ermöglicht, das Werkzeug (2) immer senkrecht zum Bereich der zu polierenden Oberfläche aufzubewahren.
