Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fan sley for foodstuffs with at least one base element and at least one reaming module, wherein the base element and the reaming module are respectively bent, bent or bent and run out in a head region.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a grater for food that allows ergonomic working and space-saving storage.
  • the term "parabolic” in the context of the invention also includes U-shaped or V-shaped configurations and refers to a seen in at least one side view or in at least one cross-sectional configuration with two elongated outer regions, which carry the actual friction surface elements and the inwardly jumping, namely bent, angled or cranked head pieces, which are connected to each other via a pivot axis.
  • flat graters also refer to flat utensils with cutters, that is to say both fine rubbing, eg for hard cheeses and also those with coarse knife distributions z. B. for cucumber slices. Also included are those structures that have a partial permeability, but have no cutting, so sieve-like structures.
  • the base element and the rubbing module are in the form of a dish;
  • the base element is outside and the rubbing module inside.
  • the parabolic configuration is achieved.
  • the base element and the rubbing module with their central axes do not necessarily have to lie on a diameter line. It is also possible that in between an angle smaller than 180 ° is included and yet a comfortable working is possible.
  • the angle of attack of the friction surface on the rubbing module is according to the invention by the configuration ration and remains constant during the entire work. It is for example 60 ° -75 ° with respect to the ground or 15 ° -30 ° with respect to a vertical pivot axis.
  • an unwanted buckling is avoided by the parabolic configuration even with strong pressure with the material to be cut.
  • the user can concentrate on the work process without having to constantly pay attention to the grater's position.
  • it is possible to position the fan rubbing over a vessel, so that it spans the edges of the vessel and thus the cutting material can be caught directly therein.
  • the rubbing module can be easily cleaned, even under running hot water, to which the user then needs to grab the fan rubbing only on the handle and clean the splayed rubbing module, without him needing to hold the rubbing module itself.
  • the base member comprises an inner wall and a spaced outer wall. Between these a receiving space is formed, which may even be closed at one of the side edges.
  • the rubbing module or the rubbing modules can be pivoted into the receiving space for storage.
  • the friction surface of the respective rubbing module is then covered, so that the cutting of the friction surface element in the storage, for. B. in a drawer, cause no damage, but in turn not be damaged by other metal objects.
  • the ergonomic advantages already arise in a fan rubbing according to the invention with only one rubbing module.
  • the invention has particular advantages, however, if several reaming modules are provided.
  • base element and rubbing modules are detachably connected to each other.
  • connection via the pivot axis element itself is solvable, which can be disassembled or removed, for example by bayonet or snap-in connections.
  • the pivot axis element is removed, there is no longer any connection between the base element and rubbing modules so that all elements can be completely removed and cleaned.

  • FIG. 4 shows a state in which all the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 are removed from the base element 10. This also illustrates the connection to the base element 10: Head pieces 13, 14, 15 of the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 remain fixedly connected to the head piece 12 of the base element 10 by means of the pivot axis element 17. Locking elements on the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 engage therein, so that all reaming modules 20, 30, 40 can be removed, as shown in FIG. 4, but also each reaming module individually.

  • recesses 13.1 are provided on both sides thereof.
  • the rubbing module 20 is slightly inclined for mounting so that the tongues 22.1 can be inserted into the recesses 13.1. If the friction module is lowered into its position of use, the tongues 22.1 lie under a plate 13.4 of the head piece 13. Between the tongues 22.1 there is a recess 22.2, which is compatible with the outer contour of a tab 13.3 on the head piece, so that on this positive fit a security against rotation is created.
