Definitions
- the invention relates to a fan sley for foodstuffs with at least one base element and at least one reaming module, wherein the base element and the reaming module are respectively bent, bent or bent and run out in a head region.
- the object of the invention is to provide a grater for food that allows ergonomic working and space-saving storage.
- the term "parabolic” in the context of the invention also includes U-shaped or V-shaped configurations and refers to a seen in at least one side view or in at least one cross-sectional configuration with two elongated outer regions, which carry the actual friction surface elements and the inwardly jumping, namely bent, angled or cranked head pieces, which are connected to each other via a pivot axis.
- flat graters also refer to flat utensils with cutters, that is to say both fine rubbing, eg for hard cheeses and also those with coarse knife distributions z. B. for cucumber slices. Also included are those structures that have a partial permeability, but have no cutting, so sieve-like structures.
- the base element and the rubbing module are in the form of a dish;
- the base element is outside and the rubbing module inside.
- the parabolic configuration is achieved.
- the base element and the rubbing module with their central axes do not necessarily have to lie on a diameter line. It is also possible that in between an angle smaller than 180 ° is included and yet a comfortable working is possible.
- the angle of attack of the friction surface on the rubbing module is according to the invention by the configuration ration and remains constant during the entire work. It is for example 60 ° -75 ° with respect to the ground or 15 ° -30 ° with respect to a vertical pivot axis.
- an unwanted buckling is avoided by the parabolic configuration even with strong pressure with the material to be cut.
- the user can concentrate on the work process without having to constantly pay attention to the grater's position.
- it is possible to position the fan rubbing over a vessel, so that it spans the edges of the vessel and thus the cutting material can be caught directly therein.
- the rubbing module can be easily cleaned, even under running hot water, to which the user then needs to grab the fan rubbing only on the handle and clean the splayed rubbing module, without him needing to hold the rubbing module itself.
- the base member comprises an inner wall and a spaced outer wall. Between these a receiving space is formed, which may even be closed at one of the side edges.
- the rubbing module or the rubbing modules can be pivoted into the receiving space for storage.
- the friction surface of the respective rubbing module is then covered, so that the cutting of the friction surface element in the storage, for. B. in a drawer, cause no damage, but in turn not be damaged by other metal objects.
- the ergonomic advantages already arise in a fan rubbing according to the invention with only one rubbing module.
- the invention has particular advantages, however, if several reaming modules are provided.
- base element and rubbing modules are detachably connected to each other.
- connection via the pivot axis element itself is solvable, which can be disassembled or removed, for example by bayonet or snap-in connections.
- the pivot axis element is removed, there is no longer any connection between the base element and rubbing modules so that all elements can be completely removed and cleaned.
- the individual reaming modules can even be used individually as a conventional food grater, even if then the advantage of the ergonomic operation of a inventive, self-standing grater is abandoned.
- the friction surface element is curved in itself, in particular arcuately formed.
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a fan-fold of several times
- Fig. 3a a fan rubbing in the storage position in a side view and in
- 3b in a perspective view from the outside; 4 shows a fanned fan drive in a lateral view;
- Fig. 5 is a fan friction in exploded view
- FIG. 1 shows a fan drive 100 with an outer base element 10, which is formed cranked in its upper region and merges into a head region 12.
- a specially shaped head piece 13 is formed, which in the illustrated embodiment has a non-visible receiving recess, so that a pivot axis element 17 can be inserted there. As a result, a pivoting movement about a pivot axis 1 is made possible.
- a third rubbing module 40 has been swung out and faces the base element 10, resulting in a parabolic configuration and the fan rubbing is free.
- the reaming modules 20 and 30 remain in a receiving space 19 in the hollow base element 10 and can be pulled out by means of their grip tabs 21, 31.
- the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 are thus positioned one above the other in layers, with an outer wall 10.2 of the base element 10 lying completely outside and the inner wall 10.1 being located entirely inside.
- Fig. 2 shows in a similar representation, the fan drive 100, in which case the second rubbing module 30 has been swung out of the receiving space 19 here. Consequently are now two friction surfaces 33, 43 ready, whereby the user are several differently designed friction tools available, namely, for example, a fine friction surface 43 and a coarse friction surface 33.
- the triple support results in a particularly stable support.
- reaming modules 20, 30, 40 are inserted into the receiving space 19 again.
- the side view in Fig. 3a can be seen their layered arrangement.
- each of the reaming modules merges into a bent head region 22, 32 or 42, which are connected via the head pieces 13, 14, 15 mounted on the pivot axis element 17.
- Fig. 3b shows the same configuration in perspective from the outside.
- the reaming modules look only the grip tabs 21, 31, 41, so that the fan rubbing 100 can be stored to save space.
- Recognizable is a trough 18, which allows the levering out of the locked pivot axis element 17.
- FIG. 4 shows a state in which all the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 are removed from the base element 10. This also illustrates the connection to the base element 10: Head pieces 13, 14, 15 of the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 remain fixedly connected to the head piece 12 of the base element 10 by means of the pivot axis element 17. Locking elements on the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 engage therein, so that all reaming modules 20, 30, 40 can be removed, as shown in FIG. 4, but also each reaming module individually.
- the connection of the reaming modules 20, 30, 40 is effected in particular by a V-shaped design with two splayed tongues 22. 1, which are pushed through recesses in the head pieces, as will be explained in more detail with FIGS. 5 and 6.
- Fig. 5 is an exploded view of the fan drive 100.
- the entire package of reaming modules 20, 30, 40 is like a bowl on top of each other.
- the friction surface element 23 of the outer reaming module 20 is here provided with large cutting edges, e.g. to cut cucumber slices.
- the base element 10 is disassembled with its inner wall 10.1 and outer wall 10.2.
- a pin 34 extends upward, which forms a counterpart to the overhead pivot axis element 17 and the storage of the head pieces 14, 15 is used in the lower area.
- the pivot axis member 17 and the associated pin 34 By the pivot axis member 17 and the associated pin 34, the three head pieces 13, 14, 15 are pivotally mounted.
- recesses 13.1 are provided on both sides thereof.
- the rubbing module 20 is slightly inclined for mounting so that the tongues 22.1 can be inserted into the recesses 13.1. If the friction module is lowered into its position of use, the tongues 22.1 lie under a plate 13.4 of the head piece 13. Between the tongues 22.1 there is a recess 22.2, which is compatible with the outer contour of a tab 13.3 on the head piece, so that on this positive fit a security against rotation is created.
