Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Reinigung des Feuchtmittels einer Druckmaschine mit einem automatisch entleerenden Separator (16), der die Schmutzpartikel und Ölreste vom Feuchtmittel abtrennt und als Schmutz- und Feuchtmittelgemisch einem Schmutz- und Feuchmittelbehälter (24) zuführt und das verbleibende Feuchtmittel in einen Feuchtmittelsammelbehälter (20) einleitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmutz- und Feuchtmittelgemisch in dem Schmutz- und Feuchtmittelbehälter (24) zum schichtweisen Absetzen gebracht wird und dass die das Feuchtmittel enthaltende Schicht durch einen Überlauf (26) in den Feuchtmittelsammelbehälter (20) überführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Überlaufstrom ein von oben eintauchendes Wehr eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein von unten anhebbares Wehr vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wehre höhenverstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Reinigung des Feuchtmittels einer Druckmaschine, mit einem automatisch entleerenden Separator (16), der die Schmutzpartikel vom Feuchtmittel abtrennt und als Schmutzpartikel-Feuchtmittelgemisch einem Schmutz- und Feuchtmittelbehälter (24) zuführt und das verbleibende Feuchtmittel in einen Feuchtmittelsammelbehälter (20) einleitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmutz- und Feuchtmittelbehälter (24) mit dem Feuchtmittelsammelbehälter (20) durch einen Überlauf (26) verbunden ist, der von der das Feuchtmittel enthaltenden Schicht des Schmutz- und Feuchtmittelbehälters (24) ausgeht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Strömungsbahn des Überlaufs (26) von oben ein Wehr eintaucht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wehr höhenverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein von unten anhebbares, verstellbares Wehr in der Strömungsbahn des Überlaufs (26) vorgesehen ist.
