Claims (12)
- Klappzahn für ein Fräsrad miteinem Schwenklager (12) zum schwenkbaren Halten an einem Schwenkbolzen (18) an einer Fräsradnabe,einem sich vom Schwenklager (12) weg erstreckenden Fräszahnhalter (20) undeinem sich vom Schwenklager (12) im Wesentlichen entgegengesetzt zur Richtung des Fräszahnhalters (20) weg erstreckenden Steuerarms (30),
- Klappzahn nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Fräszahnhalter (20) eine Aufnahme (22) ausgebildet ist, in welcher gehärtete Fräszähne (24) lösbar befestigt sind. - Klappzahn nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Fräszahnhalter (20) zwischen dem Schwenklager (12) und einer Aufnahme (22) für die Fräszähne (24) eine Verjüngung (26) ausgebildet ist. - Klappzahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenklager (12) mindestens zwei zueinander beabstandete Lagerwände (14) aufweist, welche mit einem zueinander koaxialen Lagerauge (16) versehen sind. - Klappzahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Steuerarms (30) ein Anschlagelement (32) angeordnet ist. - Klappzahn für ein Fräsrad miteinem Schwenklager (12) zum schwenkbaren Halten an einem Schwenkbolzen (18) an einer Fräsradnabe,einem sich vom Schwenklager (12) weg erstreckenden Fräszahnhalter (20) undeine sich vom Schwenklager (12) im Wesentlichen entgegengesetzt zur Richtung des Fräszahnhalters (20) weg erstreckenden Steuerarm (30), insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,dass an dem Steuerarm (30) eine Verschleißplatte (34) lösbar und auswechselbar gehaltert ist.
- Klappzahn nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleißplatte (34) mit dem Steuerarm (30) verschraubt ist. - Klappzahn nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Nutführung zwischen dem Steuerarm (30) und der Verschleißplatte (34) vorgesehen ist. - Klappzahn nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleißplatte (34) nierenförmig ausgeformt ist. - Klappzahn nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleißplatte (34) an ihren Seitenbereichen abgeschrägt ausgebildet ist. - Fräsrad,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Klappzahn (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 vorgesehen ist. - Schlitzwandfräse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Fräsrad nach Anspruch 11 angeordnet ist.
