Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zur Korrektur eines Biegevorgangs in einer Biegepresse (1) derjenigen Art, die eine feste Platte (2), eine bewegbare Platte (5), Einrichtungen (6, 6') zum Verschieben der bewegbaren Platte, die an zwei an der festen Platte (2) befestigten Pfostenplatten (10, 10') angebracht sind, jeweils einer der beiden Pfostenplatten (10, 10') zugeordnete Fühler, mit denen die Kräfte bestimmbar sind, die die Verschiebeeinrichtungen (6, 6') auf die Pfostenplatten (10, 10') ausüben, einer der beiden Platten zugeordnete Gewindespindeln (14, 14', 14") zum Verformungsausgleich sowie eine Steuerelektronik aufweist, die die Bewegung der bewegbaren Platte (5) zwischen einem oberen und einem unteren Totpunkt befiehlt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kalibriereinrichtung im Speicher der Steuerelektronik abgelegt ist, wobei mittels sehr kurzer Abgleichstücke einer Länge von weniger als 10 % des Abstands zwischen zwei Gewindespindeln die Einrichtung eine Beziehung zwischen den von den den Pfostenplatten (10, 10') zugeordneten Fühlern bestimmten Kräften und den Drücken hergestellt ist, die an die Gewindespindeln (14, 14', 14") der Platte legbar sind, um die sie tragende Platte im Wesentlichen gradlinig zu halten, wobei in einer nachfolgenden Biegevorgang an die Gewindespindeln (14, 14', 14") Drücke gelegt werden, die sich aus der Kalibriereinrichtung in Funktion der auf Höhe der Fühler gemessenen Kräfte ergeben.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Korrektur der Eindringtiefe des Stempels in das Gesenk erfolgt, indem man den unteren Totpunkt jeder Pfostenplatte in Funktion der Eigenschaften des zu biegenden Werkstücks und der Werte neu berechnet, die die den Pfostenplatten zugeordneten Fühler messen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 in Anwendung auf ein kurzes Werkstück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Korrektur (ΔZ) des unteren Totpunkts nach folgender Formel erfolgt: ΔZ = F . l 2 a . l 2 b / 3. E . I . l ,

  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 in Anwendung auf ein langes Werkstück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf den Lauf der bewegbaren Platte eine Korrektur ΔZ' des unteren Totpunkts anbringt, die berechnet wird nach der Formel ΔZʹ = 5 Q I 4 / 384000. E . I ,

  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ist-Länge des Werkstücks bestimmt wird, indem man die von den Kraftfühlern gemessene Kraft mit entsprechenden Daten aus einem Bezugs-Biegevorgang vergleicht.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Korrekturen der unteren Totpunkte der bewegbaren Platte in Funktion der Länge des Werkstücks und der von den genannten Kraftfühlern gemessenen Kräfte vorbestimmt und im Speicher der Steuerelektronik abgelegt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Bestimmung der Ist-Dicke des Werkstücks eine ergänzende Korrektur des unteren Totpunkts berechnet wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine ergänzende Korrektur des unteren Totpunkts zum Ausgleich des Federungseffekts berechnet wird.
  9. Biegepresse (1) mit einer festen Platte (2), einer bewegbaren Platte (5), Einrichtungen (6, 6') zum Verschieben der bewegbaren Platte, die von zwei an der festen Platte befestigten Pfostenplatten (10, 10') gestützt sind, den beiden Pfostenplatten (10, 10') jeweils zugeordnete Fühler, mit denen die Kräfte messbar sind, die die genannten Verschiebeeinrichtungen (6, 6') auf die Pfostenplatten (10, 10') ausüben, Gewindespindeln (14, 14', 14") zum Ausgleich der Verformungen der unteren Platte (2), sowie eine Steuerelektronik, die die Verschiebungen der bewegbaren Platte (5) zwischen einem oberen und einem unteren Totpunkt befiehlt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerelektronik für die Ausführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 programmiert ist.
