Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Einbringung von Sekundärbrennstoffen in eine Verbrennungsanlage, gekennzeichnet durch einen als Schleuse ausgestalteten Schneckenförderer (10) mit einem zentralen Schneckenrohr (16), das als Zuführrohr für ein Fördergas, insbesondere Förderluft dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneckenförderer (10) als Vollschnecke ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneckenförderer (10) einen vertikalen Einfallschacht (14) hat, der als Brennstoff-Reservoir dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Einfallschacht (14) ein Füllmelder angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steigung sowie der Durchmesser der Schnecke (18) in einem Aufnahmebereich (24) unter dem Einfallschacht (14) so ausgelegt sind, dass ein 100 %-iger Füllgrad der Förderschnecke in dem Aufnahmebereich (24) gewährleistet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneckenförderer (10) einen Verdichtungsbereich mit einer reduzierten Schneckensteigung hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Verdichtungsbereich (26) in Förderrichtung der Sekundärbrennstoffe hinter dem Aufnahmebereich (24) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneckenförderer (10) einen Auflockerungsbereich (28) mit erhöhter Schneckensteigung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflockerungsbereich (28) in Förderrichtung der Sekundärbrennstoffe hinter dem Verdichtungsbereich (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneckenförderer (10) einen konisch zulaufenden Mundbereich (30) aufweist, in dem die aufgelockerten Sekundärbrennstoffe von der Förderluft aus dem zentralen Schneckenrohr (16) mitgerissen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Schneckenrohr (16) ein Neben-Gasstrom abgezweigt und dem Boden des Mundstücks (30) als Unterluft zugeführt wird.
