Description
- daß an einer Längsseite des Unterteils mindestens eine Aufnahme zum zugentlasteten Eindrücken einer ersten elektrischen Leitung angebracht ist,
- daß an der der Aufnahme gegenüber liegenden Längsseite des Unterteils in dessen Innenraum mindestens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende, rillenartige Führungen zum Einlegen der vom Mantel befreiten, isolierten Leiter einer in der Aufnahme befindlichen ersten Leitung mit einem derartigen Verlauf angeordnet sind, daß die Enden der in die Führungen einlegbaren Leiter um 90° gebogen sind und aus dem Unterteil in Richtung des aufzusetzenden Oberteils herausragen können,
- daß an einer Außenseite des Oberteils mindestens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende, rillenförmige Vertiefungen zum zugentlasteten Eindrücken einer zweiten elektrischen Leitung angeordnet sind,
- daß in der Deckfläche des Oberteils Durchgangslöcher zum Einstecken der abisolierten Enden der Leiter beider Leitungen angebracht sind und
- daß innen am Oberteil mit den Durchgangslöchern fluchtende elektrische Kontakte zum Anschließen der Leiter angeordnet sind, die elektrisch leitend mit den Verbindungselementen verbunden sind.
Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum elektrisch leitenden Verbinden von mindestens zwei elektrischen Geräten, welche mit elektrischen Leitungen ausgerüstet sind, die mindestens zwei von einem gemeinsamen Mantel umgebene, isolierte elektrische Leiter aufweisen, bestehend aus einem etwa rechteckigen Gehäuse aus Isoliermaterial, das ein Unterteil (1) und ein mit demselben verbindbares Oberteil (2) aufweist und in welchem Verbindungselemente für die Leiter der Leitungen unterschiedlicher Geräte angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an einer Längsseite des Unterteils (1) mindestens eine Aufnahme (8) zum zugentlasteten Eindrücken einer ersten elektrischen Leitung (9) angebracht ist,daß an der der Aufnahme (8) gegenüber liegenden Längsseite des Unterteils (1) in dessen Innenraum mindestens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende, rillenartige Führungen (12) zum Einlegen der vom Mantel befreiten, isolierten Leiter (13) einer in der Aufnahme (8) befindlichen ersten Leitung (9) mit einem derartigen Verlauf angeordnet sind, daß die Enden der in die Führungen (12) einlegbaren Leiter um 90° gebogen sind und aus dem Unterteil (1) in Richtung des aufzusetzenden Oberteils (2) herausragen können,daß an einer Außenseite des Oberteils (2) mindestens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende, rillenförmige Vertiefungen (15) zum zugentlasteten Eindrücken einer zweiten elektrischen Leitung (17) angeordnet sind,daß in der Deckfläche des Oberteils (2) Durchgangslöcher (19,20,21) zum Einstecken der abisolierten Enden der Leiter (13,16) beider Leitungen (9,17) angebracht sind unddaß innen am Oberteil (2) mit den Durchgangslöchern (19,20,21) fluchtende elektrische Kontakte zum Anschließen der Leiter (13,16) angeordnet sind, die elektrisch leitend mit den Verbindungselementen verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrischen Kontakte als Klemmkontakte (6) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Aufnahmen (8) für die erste Leitung (9) im wesentlichen quer zur Längsrichtung von eingedrückten Leitungen verlaufende Lamellen (10) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den rillenförmigen Vertiefungen (15) für die zweite Leitung (17) auf beiden Seiten gegeneinander versetzte Vorsprünge (18) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der den Vertiefungen (15) gegenüber liegenden Längskante des Oberteils (2) nach außen offene Nuten (14) zur Aufnahme der Leiter (13) der ersten Leitung (9) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungen (12) und Durchgangslöcher (19,20,21) farblich gekennzeichnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben jedem Durchgangsloch (19,20,21) ein Schlitz (22) zum Lösen des Klemmkontakts (6) mittels eines Werkzeugs angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente auf einer Leiterkarte (7) mit gedruckter Schaltung zusammengefaßt sind, an deren Strompfade die elektrischen Kontakte elektrisch leitend angeschlossen sind.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Verbinder in einem Heizkreisverteiler einer Heizungsanlage, wobei von Raumthermostaten kommende Leitungen und an Stellantriebe von Ventilen angeschlossene Leitungen elektrisch leitend verbunden werden.
