Claims (6)
- Verschleißelement für Zerkleinerungsmaschinen, deren rotierender Messerkranz eine Trägerscheibe, einen dazu koaxial angeordneten Trägerring (1) und axial dazwischenliegende, gleichmäßig über den Umfang verteilte Messerträger (3) umfaßt, wobei das Verschleißelement (19) aus einer Platte (20) bestimmter Dicke mit ringsektorförmiger Gestalt besteht, die jeweils dazu dient den inneren Umfang (4) der Außenseite (15) des Trägerrings (1) zu bedecken und im Bereich des Spalts (6) zwischen zwei Messerträgern (3) über die Dicke des Verschleißelements (19) zum Trägerring (1) hin eine Schräge (24) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Verlängerung der Schräge (24) eine Verschleißlippe (25) des Verschleißelements zum Schutz des Trägerrings (1) angeordnet ist.
- Verschleißelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (19) jeweils den Spaltbereich (6) zwischen zwei Messerträgern (3) abdeckt.
- Verschleißelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (19) in dem dem Spalt (6) zwischen zwei Messerträgern (3) zugeordneten Bereich eine Ausnehmung (23) aufweist.
- Verschleißelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Verschleißlippe (25) über die gesamte Dicke des Trägerrings (1) erstreckt.
- Verschleißelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißlippe (25) trapezförmigen Querschnitt besitzt.
- Verschleißelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißlippe (25) U-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt.
