Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Einstellen einer Farbwerks- bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze (3) einer Druckmaschine bezüglich zweier weiterer benachbarter feststehender Walzen (1; 2), deren Enden der Achse, um die die Farbwerks- bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze (3) rotierbar ist, jeweils in einer Lageranordnung (22) gelagert sind, die bezüglich eines Maschinenrahmens (53) der Druckmaschine in einer Ebene, die senkrecht zu der Achse steht, über Antriebsmittel, die jeweils aus einem einzigen Linearantrieb (12; 18) bestehen, verschiebbar sind, welche Verschiebung im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Winkelhalbierenden (13) eines Winkels (α) verläuft, welcher Winkel (α) durch zwei Verbindungslinien gebildet ist, die jeweils die Achse der Farbwerks- oder Feuchtwerkswalze (3) mit der jeweiligen Achse der benachbarten Walzen (1; 2) verbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung jeder der beiden Lageranordnungen (22) jeweils entlang mindestens einer mit einem Führungsteil (8; 41) zusammenwirkenden Steuerfläche (10; 40) erfolgt, die mindestens einen Einstellbereich (14) aufweist welcher Einstellbereich (14) im wesentlichen parallel zur Winkelhalbierenden (13) ausgerichtet ist, dass der Führungsteil (8; 41) und die Steuerfläche (10; 40) mittels eines elastischen Elementes (9; 42) gegeneinander gedrückt sind und dass die Steuerfläche (10; 40) einen an den Einstellbereich (14) anschliessenden weiteren Bereich (15) aufweist, der gegen die eine Walze (2) hin geneigt ist, so dass die Farbwerks- bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze (3) beim Verschieben in diesen weiteren Bereich (15) durch die durch das elastische Element (9; 42) ausgeübten Andrückkraft auf der einen Walze (2) abgestützt ist, zwischen Steuerfläche (10; 40) und Führungsteil (8; 41) ein Freiraum entsteht und die Farbwerks- bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze (3) von der anderen Walze (1) abgestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbwerks- bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze eine Auftragswalze (3) ist, welche zwischen der einen Walze (2), die eine Reiberwalze ist, und der anderen Walze (1 ), die ein Plattenzylinder ist, angeordnet ist, und dass die Steuerfläche (10; 40) so angeordnet ist, dass die durch das elastische Element (9; 42) ausgeübte Andrückkraft gegen die Reiberwalze (2) gerichtet ist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lageranordnung (22) auf einem Tragteil (23) befestigt ist, die in einer Halterung (29) gehalten ist, die fest mit dem Maschinenrahmen (53) verbunden ist und bezüglich welcher der Tragteil (23) entlang der Steuerfläche (40) verschiebbar ist, wobei die Steuerfläche (40) am Tragteil (23) angeordnet ist und der entlang der Steuerfläche (40) ablaufende Führungsteil (41) fest an der Halterung (29) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragteil (23) an einem Ende mindestens eines Schwenkhebels (27) um eine erste Achse (26) schwenkbar angelenkt ist, welche erste Achse (26) im wesentlichen parallel zum Einstellbereich der Steuerkurve (40) ausgerichtet ist, und dass der mindestens eine Schwenkhebel (27) am anderen Ende um eine zweite Achse (28), die parallel zur ersten Achse (26) ausgerichtet ist, schwenkbar in der Halterung (29) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragteil (23) entlang der ersten Achse (26) und/oder der zweiten Achse (28) achsial verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schwenkhebel (27) vorgesehen ist, welcher im wesentlichen in einem mittleren Bereich mit dem Tragteil (23) schwenkbar verbunden ist, während die beiden Randbereiche des Tragteils (23) mit Abstützmitteln (37) versehen sind, mittels welchen der Tragteil (23) auf der Halterung (29) zur Vermeidung eines Kippens um die erste Achse (26) abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützmittel (37) als Rollen (38) ausgebildet sind, und dass diese an einem der beiden Randbereiche des Tragteils (23) federnd auf der Halterung (29) abgestützt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Achse (26) drehbar und verschiebefest im Tragteil (23) gehalten ist, dass im mittleren Bereich der ersten Achse (26) ein Gewinde (30) vorgesehen ist, welches in ein entsprechendes Gegengewinde (31 ), angeordnet im Schwenkhebel (27), eingeschraubt ist, und dass die erste Achse (26) mittels eines Motors (36) und eines Getriebes (35) in beiden Drehrichtungen antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (36) und das Getriebe (35) am Schwenkhebel (27) befestigt sind, und dass an der Abtriebswelle des Getriebes (35) ein Zahnrad (33) befestigt ist, welches mit einem an der ersten Achse (26) drehstarr befestigten Ritzel (32) kämmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfläche (40) auf einem Bauteil (39) angebracht ist, welcher lösbar und auswechselbar auf dem Tragteil (23) befestigt ist, und dass der Führungsteil (41) bezüglich der Halterung (29) justierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (42) aus einer Feder besteht, mittels welcher der Schwenkhebel (27) und somit die damit verbundene Steuerkurve (40) gegen den Führungsteil (41) drückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuereinrichtung (47) vorgesehen ist, mittels welcher die Einstellung der Walze (3) in Abhängigkeit von wählbaren Parametern automatisch erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stellwertgeber (44) zur Feststellung der momentanen Position der Walze (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels einer Kraftmesseinrichtung (45) der Anstelldruck der Walze (3) an die benachbarten Walzen (1, 2) messbar ist.
