Definitions
- the invention relates to a contact body for receiving a Contact knife of a fuse link, especially an NH (Low voltage high power) fuse link, the Contact body is formed from a sheet and for receiving the Contact knife has at least one slot.
- a contact body for receiving a Contact knife of a fuse link, especially an NH (Low voltage high power) fuse link
- the Contact body is formed from a sheet and for receiving the Contact knife has at least one slot.
- Fuses with knife contacts especially NH fuses, are usually contacted in two different ways.
- the contact can be made between pairs flat sides of a resilient contact plate, the is usually produced in a U-shape and by self-suspension or if necessary with an additional external suspension required contact force guaranteed. To enlarge the resilient area, the U-shape mostly becomes a lyre shape expanded.
- the disadvantage of the above-mentioned designs is the low dimensional stability when aging due to high temperatures.
- it can there is an incidence of contact, which in turn is an insertion of the contact knife hindered or even excluded.
- This Incident effect can also occur when connecting to a short circuit occur because the current dynamic forces contract the contact leg cause.
- Residual erosion from switching arcs can hinder handling and durability to reduce.
- Increased contact resistance due to dirt lead to higher heating, which in turn leads to the one described above Promote aging effect.
- the second common form of contact is via Face of a sheet.
- a contact plate is slotted and, if necessary, with an additional one Equipped with external suspension.
- Such contacts are often L-shaped realized to by varying the number of contacts cover different current ranges.
- a fourfold contact can also be done here by one in both legs slotted U done.
- This form has the disadvantage that when the fuse is swung in, the contact blades relatively let it bend easily. This effect occurs in particular multiple overload release on which the contacts are very be subjected to high thermal loads.
- DE 36 22 833 A1 also discloses a contact body in Lyraform known, both of which are parallel in their main faces to the contact knife extending leg with angle slots are provided. These serve the purpose of using spring washers, which act on the four leg halves on the outside. Used the contact knife is such that the in the direction of the contact knife facing section of the respective slot from Insulating body of the fuse link points away. The one Area of the contact knife that is inserted when the fuse is inserted in the contact body causes the switch contact and thus dirty is completely in the contact body inserted contact knife also the function of the permanent contact with the above-described adverse consequences.
- DE-AS 1 640 552 a contact body for receiving a Contact knife of a fuse link described, the Contact body a tapered insertion area for the contact knife having. In this area, where the knife the If the contact body is touched for the first time, the permanent contact also takes place, so that the above-described also with this contact body Disadvantages are noted.
- DE-AS-1 059 540 is an electrical contact device known, which has several, separate contact body, which the Function of a switching contact or a permanent contact exhibit. There are several nested Contact body provided, the outer contact body at Inserting the contact knife is contacted first and the Represents switch contact, while the or the subsequent Contacted contact body the function of the permanent contact have. Another design provides in the area of free ends of the contact blades of the fuse link separate Switch contacts to be provided before inserting the fuse link into the contact body causing permanent contact be contacted.
- the task is solved with a contact body at the beginning mentioned type in that he when inserting the fuse link leading into the slot of the contact body Area that has the function of a switching contact has, as well as an area lagging behind this area having the function of a permanent contact, wherein the permanent contact in the front areas of the contact body plate he follows.
- the contact body according to the invention essentially has two Areas to which different functions are assigned. Ensure the front areas of the contact body plate a safe, permanent contact, especially if an additional external suspension is installed.
- the area of Contact body which has the function of the switching contact, takes over in the event of an arc load, thus when switching on or Switch-off process, the function of a victim contact, the protects the contact areas for the permanent contact.
- the Permanent contact is made via the front areas of the contact body plate ensures that the contact over there is a small area with large surface pressure. Perhaps Dirt formed on the contact knife is Switching off effectively removed from the contact knife.
- the permanent contact takes place along a line. The contact knife is thus over the entire length of the area that the Function of the permanent contact has on the contact body. Also the switch contact should be in the front area of the contact body plate take place there because of the arc load Burning residues occur to an increased extent.
- the contact knife in the area of the slot angled in particular is rectangular and the Area of the switching contact the one angular section of the Contact knife and the area of permanent contact the other Angle section is assigned.
- This training requires increased bending stiffness of the contact body because of a bend only by twisting the entire contact body it is possible. An incidence of the contact becomes advantageous prevented by integrated stops.
- the angled design of the contact body ensures that one Area of the contact body that the function of the switching contact does not have the function of permanent contact at the same time owns.
- the contact body is designed such that the free End of the area of the contact body which has the switching contact towards the free end of the knife in the Has switching contact inserted contact knife, switches the Securing only in the area of the free end of the contact knife, during permanent contact at a location of the contact knife that is further from its free end.
- the contact body preferably has between the region of the Switching contact and the area of the permanent contact one tapered section. This is a clear transition between the areas, whereby if the tapered section additionally in the angular area of the contact body is arranged, the bending process of the contact body the production of which can be carried out particularly easily.
- the contact body has two contact legs. These are by means of one of the attachment of the contact body, for example on a base, serving web with each other connected, the one (first) contact leg the slot with the assigned area of the permanent contact as well as the other (second) contact leg a slot with an area for the Has permanent contact, and this permanent contact in the front Area of the contact body plate of the other contact leg takes place, the two slots preferably together swear. This means that there is permanent contact in two areas of the contact body over the end faces of the contact body plate.
- the Contact body is designed in the form of a cage.
- the two legs and one Switching range including angled, where a Leg and the angled with play in the longitudinal direction of the Slit in the area of the bend and / or with play both perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slot in the area of Angling as well as perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slot in Area of the permanent contacts are stored to each other.
- the Storage with play in the longitudinal direction of the slot in the area of Angling is primarily advantageous for manufacturing reasons storage with play serves the purpose of an excessive spreading or merging of the switching range to prevent representative bends.
- the above Storage with play in two directions can be special simple way to do it when the corresponding ones Interlock parts with play, for example if the second leg is in the area of its free Has ends pegs with the aforementioned game in Engage recesses in the bends.
- the width of the slot in the area of the switch contact approximately equal to the width of the slot in the area of permanent contact is.
- the contact knife in the area of its width direction related introductory tapered, conditional this that the contact knife the contact body in the area of Switching contact contacted and preferably spreads, before the area of permanent contact lagging when inserted touched.
- the area of permanent contact should be like this be formed, in particular be so long that the contact knife in its fully inserted into the contact body Position out of contact with the area of the switch contact.
- the contact body presents itself in a specific design in the form of a closed cage, which is used to hold the Contact knife is slotted and in the lower area for the Attachment flattened on the current-carrying rails and with Holes is provided.
- the respective contact knife 2 has a tapering in the insertion direction Area 4 on.
- the respective contact body 1 is delta-shaped trained and in the region of a web 5 by means of two Screws 6 screwed to a contact plate 7. Again Representation of Figures 1 to 6 can be seen in each Contact body 1 two spring washers 8 used.
- FIG. 11 shows that the contact body 1 is made from a elongated sheet metal stamped part formed with respect to the axis 9 is symmetrical. From the short opposite Slits 10 and 11 extend on both sides of the sheet metal blank towards each other. Between these are also symmetrical with respect to the axis 9 and symmetrical to one transverse to this extending axis 13 arranged Y-shaped punched recesses 12, whose respective V-shaped legs are directed towards each other.
- the axis 13 represents the axis of symmetry of the Web 5 is on which there are two contact legs 17 and 18 and a bend 19 connects to the contact leg 18. in the The transition from the contact leg 18 to the bend 19 shows that Sheet metal stamped part in the area of the two contact body halves 15 and 16, arranged parallel to the axis 13, recesses 20.
- the Angle 19 is symmetrical to axis 9 with holes 21 provided and accordingly each contact body half 15 and 16 trapezoidal in the region of the free ends of the contact leg 17 Approaches 22 on the fully formed Engage contact body 1 in holes 21.
- Figure 11 illustrates in four points the drilling pattern of the bar 5.
- the Contact body 1 is either in the area of the hole center indicating pair of holes 23 or the pair of holes 24 with the contact plate 7 connectable.
- the two contact body halves 15 and 16 point in the region of the contact legs 17 and 18 parallel to the Slits 10 and 11 running cut strips 25, those with the same orientation from the level of the remaining Sheet metal stamping la are bent out and the inclusion of Serve ends of the spring washers 8.
