Definitions
- the invention relates to a slot outlet with one of channel walls limited outlet opening in a housing, shaft or. Like., In the outlet opening opposite two Different guiding profiles are used each have a surface contour for guiding an air flow.
- Such slot outlets are in various forms and Execution known. As a rule, they have two channel walls, between which a roller with throughflow slots is arranged is. As an example, EP 0 239 854 or DE-OS 25 53 196 referred. These rollers require separate storage, because they have to be rotatable. Furthermore, the slot outlet must be relative be kept wide so that the rollers have a sufficient diameter and their storage has a sufficient wall thickness.
- a slot outlet of the above Art is also from DE-A 25 08 723 known.
- Ventilation rail for suspended Blankets, with a guide profile different in an outlet opening can be used.
- This guiding profile forms, depending on as it is inserted into the outlet opening, with a opposite contoured wall surface of the outlet opening one Air duct through which the air flow into different Directions can be blown out.
- the present invention has for its object a Slot outlet of the above Way of creating one with the simplest Aids that affect airflow in a variety of ways can be, and which is kept as narrow as possible. Likewise its assembly and manufacture should be made considerably easier and a change in the blowing direction can be simplified.
- the guide profiles lead to a Guide profile insert connected to each other via at least one wall which are removably inserted into the outlet opening, after removal, turned or turned back into the outlet opening applicable and therefore the direction of the air flow is changeable.
- the guiding profiles have the task of determining the air flow in certain Leading directions, i.e. to determine the outlet opening. That's why the guide profiles have a specific, desired surface contour to direct the air flow.
- Use with the Guide profiles can be rotated horizontally or vertically and thereby the direction of the discharge opening can be determined as required. Out for this reason the insert is also removable between the channel walls used what by appropriate locking devices, such as for example tongue and groove mechanisms. Through this configuration becomes a manufacturing and assembly effort for one Slit outlet significantly reduced, since only for a guide profile insert connected guide profiles for a wide variety of air flows are needed.
- Both guide profiles act preferentially to guide the air flow, i.e. to design the blow-out opening together.
- a guide profile from a guide strip with a molded guide foot and the other guide profile from a bulge with molded Stripes is provided.
- the bulge and the guiding foot face each other, so that a leading foot instinct roughly modeled on the curvature of the bulge is.
- This configuration ensures various options Guiding an air flow. Lying, for example, bulge and guide foot inside between the canal walls and the guiding strips facing each other, so there is no deflection of the air flow when blowing out instead, so that the air flow emerges vertically downwards.
- blow-out opening is formed by the bulge and guide foot, it flows Air on the guide foot and is deflected in one direction.
- the Direction can also be achieved by exchanging the guide profiles to get voted.
- Air guide lamella between the guide profiles or between one Canal wall and a guide profile provided.
- channel walls are usually made of the material of the housing, i.e. mostly made of metal, it has proven to be cheap between the guide profiles and the channel walls Switch on edge profiles.
- edge profiles and also the guide profiles can possibly consist of plastic or aluminum. This also makes production and assembly easier, there are only two different profile types for the slot outlet, Edge profile and web, needed to be over spacer sleeves to create a distance so that several guide profile inserts can be arranged side by side.
- Corresponding clamping strips are then used to define the edge profiles provided that the edge profiles releasably with the respective Connect the duct wall.
- the edge profile Support strips with each support strip a guide profile is present.
- the support strips for example Latching bosses and the guide profiles train so that to define the guiding profiles, in particular as an insert, simply place it between the support strips be pushed, the support strips dodging outwards and after inserting the guide profiles into the Snap the indentations or snap the tongues into the grooves.
- Another advantage of the present invention is that by means of two profile types, edge profile and web, the slot outlet in any Length can be made. Thus a individual adjustment by width and length of the Slot outlet allows with very little manufacturing effort.
- the airflow can move in three different directions below, to the right and to the left.
- the slot outlet is one Luminaire assigned, for example by a Fluorescent heat generated through perforated slots by means of a Exhaust port can be removed or suctioned off. It can this removal by a fastened to holding rails Slit gate valve can be controlled. This control can be stepless done by the hole slots more or less with the Slit shutters are closed.
- the perforated slots and also the corresponding slider can have slots, holes or other openings be.
- the perforated slots are preferably in the bottom plate of the housing provided, the subsequent ones preferably bevelled Form a side bracket at each end.
- the outlet nozzle can be at least one Fluorescent tube attached to the base plate via a support will. This ensures that the beveled Arrangement of the side walls heated by the fluorescent tubes Air alone due to the temperature differences upwards worn and through the perforated slots over the outlet port is dissipated. The removal of air through the perforated slots can be supported by suction devices, not shown here will.
- housing is also parabolic can be designed to better light beam guidance and To reflect the light in the room.
- a support bracket attached to the base plate and over the mounting bracket is a shaft, preferably right and left of the side walls of the housing.
- This shaft is preferably very narrow in order to be as inconspicuous as possible to act. This also ensures that a Maximum warm or cold air can be brought into a room can.
- the air to be discharged can be described by the above Deflected guide profiles or inserts in three main directions will.
- the guide profile inserts are between an edge profile and a web used again detachable and rotatable.
- the edge profiles are preferably connected to the floor and are supported at the same time with clamping strips on the side walls the shaft or on a support strip.
- slot outlet Another major advantage of the slot outlet is that the airflow directly along the Ceiling can be guided and thus an induction of indoor air on the ceiling is excluded, which was previously too strong Contamination of the ceiling.
- the peculiarity of the present invention is above all in it to see that the heat of at least one fluorescent tube dissipated and at the same time the supply of cool air through the Guide profile inserts can be combined.
- This particular one The arrangement ensures a cooling process and a Supply a room with fresh air and on the other hand in the Heating case, by locking the perforated slots that warm air in the Space can be introduced, so that a heating process is supported.
- the edge profile sits on a special cover frame that is folded on the one hand or can be designed differently to the air outlet to give certain design.
- the entire arrangement of the lighting device can be on or be placed in a blanket. It is also particularly suitable for installation in false ceilings or on other profiles.
