Definitions
- the invention relates to containers, in particular as working or living space, according to the preambles of claims 1 and 2.
- Containers In order to still be able to provide a large volume, Containers have been designed (see. DE-A-39 11 511), the consisting of a main box element and one or two additional box elements exist, the additional box elements during the Transport nested within the main box element arranged and on site from the main box element are extendable on two opposite sides, whereby the floor area can be almost tripled.
- the additional box elements have rigid walls and are each open to the main box element.
- This type of container can be made using appropriate sealing elements seal easily and well, especially for the Military use is important.
- a generic container can be found in BE-A-491 328. It also has a main box element and an or two additional box elements that come from the main box element are extendable to enlarge the container. It can the respective additional box element after moving out of the Main box element can be detached from this and lowered, so that the bottom wall of the main and additional box element come to the same height. If the container again to be transported, the additional box element must be raised and be inserted into the main box element. As the The document is intended to raise and lower not to be removed.
- the invention has for its object a container type described above so that the provision of the container with the additional box element pushed out can be done faster and easier.
- the basic idea of the invention is additional box elements to be used with rigid floors, which can also be used during the extension and retraction into the main box element well sealed hold and which are manufactured simply and stably can.
- Lifting devices ensure that the additional box elements be raised before or when they are in the main box element be retracted, and vice versa, for being pulled out the additional box elements are lowered so far that the bottoms of the main box element and additional box elements in lie on one level.
- extendable guideways are provided for each additional box element are, for example in the form of rail supports, and the Additional box elements have roles that when moving the additional box elements Roll over the guideways.
- the lifting devices or part thereof in that the guideways outward sloping steps to lower the Additional box elements when extending or for lifting when retracting exhibit.
- This can expediently be done in such a way that inclined steps at the beginning and end of each guideway are provided and that the additional box elements outside rollers have the height of the inside inclined step are arranged lower than the inside rollers.
- the guideways consist of carriers and rail elements
- the rail elements are vertically movable via lifting devices.
- Such lifting devices can each over the length of the rail elements distributed and coupled via a common spindle drive his. It lends itself to the spindle drives over a common Connect the drive shaft, preferably at the free ends the guideways is arranged.
- the lifting device has lowering elements that when opening a lowering of the additional box element concerned as a result Allow gravity and at least further a resistance element to delay the lowering movement of the Additional box element is present.
- the lifting devices are designed so that the additional box element, that into a starting position from the main box element is extended from this starting position Lowering elements in particular without further manual actuation in particular up to the level of the end position of the additional box element is lowerable.
- a special resistance element that one essentially against the lowering direction on the additional box element effective resistance, prevents that the additional box element when lowering the Measures accelerated so that when braking when reaching the Only slight vibrations occur in the end position.
- the resistance element can be a spring and in particular have an elastic coil spring. If the Spring hardness and the length to the expected load the additional box element is adjusted, bumps when lowering of the additional box element effectively avoided. It is also special advantageous that when lowering the additional box element in the spring energy is stored when retracting the additional box element can be used again. Raising the Additional box elements when retracting is because of the effect the spring supports.
- the resistance element can also be an attenuator, such as one as a gas pressure damper or oil damper have trained friction damper. This will make a achieved particularly quiet lowering of the additional box element.
- the additional box elements have roles that when moving the additional box elements roll over the guideways, and where the guideways outside, movable end areas for lowering have the additional box elements, each with at least are connected to a resistance element.
- the end areas of the guideways form part of the lowering elements of the lifting devices according to the invention, so that the additional box element, that lies on the end area with a roller, against the resistance of the one connected to the end region Resistance element is gently lowered.
- the resistance elements are on or in the guideways arranged, preferably in the longitudinal direction of the guideways extend. This ensures that the resistance elements do not take up any additional installation space, so that the lifting device provided according to the invention turns out to be particularly compact.
- the lowering elements provided on the outside of the guideways are according to the invention from a horizontal starting position can be lowered into a downward inclined end position, the End regions advantageously mounted so that they can pivot downward are.
- Such training ensures that the rollers provided on the underside of the additional box element over the horizontal guideways to the end areas arrive and only from there by swiveling the Lowering elements are lowered into the end position.
- the guideways advantageously from the one at the stop Role of the additional box element when extending the additional box element with extended. This makes it a particularly quick one Construction of the container possible because the guideways are not need to be extended separately in front of the additional box element.
- the stop is a precise guidance of the additional box element possible when lowering.
- the weight of the additional box element concerned and the properties of the resistance element are preferably one on the other voted that the associated lowering elements essentially lower only when a roll of the additional box element when the guideway is fully extended reached the stop.
- the guideway then remains together with the lowering elements in a horizontal position as long as until the additional box element almost completely out of the main box element is extended so that the bottom of the additional box element also during the assembly of the container in one horizontal position remains.
- the lowering elements have lowering mechanisms out, which are designed such that the end regions when lowered, a combination of translational movements especially in the downward direction and pivoting movement To run.
- the Lowering mechanism is a combination of one sliding guide each both in the longitudinal direction of the guideways and in the lowering direction of the additional box element and from a swivel for pivoting about a direction transverse to the guideways.
- the lowering mechanism is as Link guide with one guide groove each and a molded cam movable in the guide groove.
- the shape cam according to a preferred embodiment, it is pivotable Lowering element attached while the guide groove is provided on the guideway.
- the guideways have each sloping steps sloping outwards as lowering elements to lower the additional box elements. If so Link guides are designed such that one in the end area role of the additional box element in contact with the stop Lowering performs a movement that at least with the movement a role of the Additional box element matches, there is a special exact lowering of the additional box element. Especially at an embodiment in which at the beginning of each guideway an inclined step is provided and in which the additional box elements have rollers on the outside, around the height of the inclined step are arranged lower than the inside rolls, the bottom wall of the additional box element remains when it sinks always aligned horizontally.
- one resistance element each connected to a guideway at one end stands, with a cable connection for connecting a lowering element with the other end of the resistance element serves.
- the lifting device one between each additional box element and Main box element extending, manually operated winch in particular for moving the additional box element into the main box element having.
