Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum An- und Abstellen sowie Einstellen einer Farbwerks- bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze einer Druckmaschinea) mit einem ersten Stellelement zur Verstellung in Bezug auf eine erste, ortsfest in einem Maschinengestell gelagerte Reibwalze undb) mit einem zweiten Stellelement zur Verstellung in Bezug auf eine zweite, ortsfest im Maschinengestell gelagerte Reibwalze oder auf einen Formzylinder, wobeic) das erste und das zweite Stellelement in auf beiden Seiten der Farbwerks- oder Feuchtwerkswalze angebrachten Walzenschlössern, die zur Aufnahme der stirnseitigen Lagerzapfen der Farbwerks- bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze dienen, angeordnet sind,
gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination der folgenden Merkmale:d) das erste und das zweite Stellelement sind Spindeln (25, 26, 64, 66);e) das zweite Stellelement (26, 66) bewegt die Farbwerks- (5a, 5b, 6) oder Feuchtwerkswalze (12) tangential in Bezug auf die erste Reibwalze (4, 4a, 4b, 11) aus der Andruckstellung an diese erste Reibwalze (4);f) jede Spindel (25, 26, 64, 66) ist über einen elektrisch angesteuerten Antrieb (17, 18) betätigbar;g) die elektrische Ansteuerung des Antriebes (17, 18) erfolgt von einer speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerung aus; undh) jedem elektrisch angesteuerten Antrieb (17, 18) ist ein Pontentiometer (19, 70, 73) zugeordnet, das ein von der Lage des Antriebes (17, 18) abhängiges elektrisches Signal abgibt, das der speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerung zuführbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerzapfen (21, 57) der Farbwerks- (5a, 5b, 6) bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze (12) durch eine Ausnehmung (22, 67) eines Gehäuses (23, 62) des Walzenschlosses (20, 63) ragt und mit einem Gewindeloch (24, 77) versehen ist, durch das eine erste Spindel (25, 66) geführt ist, die drehbar gegen Verschieben gesichert im Gehäuse (23, 62) des Walzenschlosses (20, 63)gelagert ist und dass im Gehäuse (23, 62) des Walzenschlosses (20, 63) eine zweite Spindel (26, 64) drehbar und gegen Verschieben gesichert gelagert ist, die gegenüber der ersten Spindel (25, 66) um einen Winkel (α) von 90° verdreht angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Spindeln (25, 26, 66, 64) je ein Zahnrad (27, 44, 69, 65) drehfest befestigt ist, das je mit einem Zahnrad (28, 74) kämmt, das über je ein Getriebe (18) durch je einen als Gleichstrommotor (17) ausgebildeten ansteuerbaren Antrieb (17, 18) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Zahnrad (27, 44, 59, 65), das über das Getriebe (18) durch den Gleichstrommotor (17) antreibbar ist, ein weiteres Zahnrad (29, 75, 72) im Eingriff steht, das die Drehbewegung der Spindel (25, 26, 66, 64) auf das Potentiometer (19, 70, 73) übertragt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (23) des Walzenschlosses (20) auf einem Ende eines Schwenkhebels (30) befestigt ist, dessen anderes Ende an die Achse (31) der ortsfesten Reibwalze (4, 11) angelenkt und um diese schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende eines Lenkhebels (33) schwenkbar am Maschinengestell (34) angelenkt ist, dass auf dem anderen Ende des Lenkhebels (33) ein Bolzen (32) befestigt ist, und dass der Bolzen (32) durch eine Ausnehmung (35) in das Gehäuse (23) des Walzenschlosses (20) hineinragt und mit einem Gewindeloch (45) versehen ist, durch das die zweite Spindel (26) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweiter Bolzen (52), durch den die zweite Spindel (64) geführt ist, fest mit dem Maschinengestell (60) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Spindel (64) so angeordnet ist, dass sie in etwa tangentialer Richtung zur Reibwalze (4, 11) verläuft, und dass die erste Spindel (66) rechtwinkelig zur zweiten Spindel (64) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anstelle des Potentiometers (19) eine Druckmessdose vorgesehen ist, mit deren abgegebenem Messwert für den Anstelldruck der Farbwerks- (5a, 5b, 6) bzw. Feuchtwerkswalze (12) an die Reibwalzen (4, 11) und/oder an den Formzylinder (7) die Anstellung dieser Walzen (4a, 5b, 6, 12) regelbar ist.
