- the contact device 2 has two sliding contacts and connects an inner slip ring 3 to an outer slip ring 4 or 5. Details of the configuration of the contact device 2 are explained in connection with FIG. 2.
- the outer slip ring is divided into a longer section 4 and a shorter section 5.
- the slip rings are arranged as conductor tracks on an insulating plate. They can therefore be manufactured in an extremely inexpensive manner using known methods for producing printed circuits. They are preferably made of copper and are coated with a more noble metal to prevent oxidation.
- the invention is not limited to the concentric arrangement of the slip rings shown.
- slip rings could also be used, which are arranged side by side on the lateral surface of a cylinder.

- a contact spring 25 is attached to the flattened shaft 24 of the worm wheel 18, which is shown enlarged in FIG. 2a for the sake of clarity.
- a cutout in the contact spring shaped in accordance with the cross section of the axis 24 secures the contact spring 25 against rotation relative to the worm wheel 18 and the eccentric 19. With the surfaces 26 and 27, the contact spring 25 rests on the surface of the eccentric 19.
- the parts 28 and 29 of the contact spring 25 are bent away from the surface of the eccentric 19 and carry the sliding contacts 30 and 31, which are arranged at different distances from the axis according to the radii of the slip rings.
