Abstract
Способ производства метанола, включающий (a) взаимодействие посредством реакции каталитического частичного окисления (КЧО) смеси реагентов КЧО (углеводородов, кислорода и необязательно водяного пара) в реакторе КЧО с получением синтез-газа, где реактор КЧО содержит катализатор КЧО и где синтез-газ содержит водород, монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода, воду и непрореагировавшие углеводороды; (b) введение синтез-газа в метанольный реактор с получением выходящего потока метанольного реактора, где выходящий поток метанольного реактора содержит метанол, воду, водород, монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода и углеводороды; и (c) разделение выходящего потока метанольного реактора на поток сырого метанола и поток пара, где поток сырого метанола содержит метанол и воду, где поток пара содержит водород, монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода и углеводороды и где поток сырого метанола содержит воду в количестве приблизительно меньше чем 10 мас.% из расчета на общую массу потока сырого метанола.
