Abstract
Описывается способ получения диметилового эфира из отходящего потока из метанольного реактора. Способ может включать введение водного экстрагента, содержащего воду, в контакт с отходящим потоком из реактора синтеза метанола, содержащим метанол и один или несколько компонентов, выбираемых из метана, воды, монооксида углерода, диоксида углерода, водорода и азота. По меньшей мере часть метанола переходит в водный экстрагент, обеспечивая извлечение фракции экстракта, содержащей водный экстрагент и метанол. Фракцию экстракта подают в систему каталитического дистилляционного реактора для одновременных введения метанола в контакт с катализатором в реакционной зоне, тем самым, проведения каталитической реакции по меньшей мере части метанола с получением диметилового эфира и воды; и фракционирования получающегося в результате диметилового эфира и воды с извлечением первой верхней фракции, содержащей диметиловый эфир, и первой нижней фракции, содержащей воду.
