Abstract
Предложен способ производства метанола, включающий (a) взаимодействие посредством реакции каталитического частичного окисления (КЧО) смеси реагентов КЧО (углеводорода, кислорода и необязательно водяного пара) в реакторе КЧО с получением синтез-газа, содержащего H2, CO, CO2, H2O и непрореагировавшие углеводороды, и где реактор КЧО содержит катализатор КЧО; (b) введение синтез-газа в метанольный реактор с получением выходящего потока метанольного реактора (метанол, воду, водород, монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода и углеводороды); (c) разделение выходящего потока метанольного реактора на поток сырого метанола, поток водорода, поток CO2 и поток продувочного газа, где поток сырого метанола содержит метанол и воду, где поток продувочного газа содержит монооксид углерода и углеводороды, и где поток CO2 содержит, по меньшей мере, часть CO2 выходящего потока метанольного реактора; и (d) рециркуляцию, по меньшей мере, части потока CO2 в реактор КЧО.
